Hey Miss Q - great point about carbs/fats combo and feeling bloated. Yesterday someone from work who always bakes on weekends brought in a pumpkin cheesecake... one slice before lunch and I could barely eat anything the rest of the day. So bloated and lost appetite. On a positive note: cheesecake gives AWESOME workout pumps. Hard and vascular look. I bet taking it with HT2 would be nutty.
