It does taste like candy and hits hard quicker than any other pre-workout product I've tried. I love that it's a liquid and ready to go.
I have more time to hit the weights and less time waiting for my energy product to kick in... also this seems to last longer than the other pre-workouts. I tried half a dose which was about half a tablespoon and it still hit hard! good stuff.
