i got this on monday, but life got in the way so i am a day behind.


1st impression, it's called micro for a reason-small jug.
2 mixes great
3 the fruit punch tastes like fruit punch-thumbsup.

i used it monday after work for cardio, did 40 minutes on treadmill

energy-4.5 out of 10
pump-n/a
endurance-8 out of 10

i was disappointed in the energy from it, thought i was going to have a crappy workout since i was tired from work and hoping to get JACK3d..but once i started i kept increasing speed and elevation, endurance was very good.


today i did arms/chest/back/abs

energy-5
pump-8.5
endurance-8

incredible pump-2nd only to original mesomorph [before they messed with formula] stacked with creatine nitrate. my arms and chest hadn't been that swole in a long time!!! i was impressed.....


tomorrow i am adding 200mg of caffeine to see what that does.

Let it work... I do not recommend adding the caffeine, or 1,3 as suggested above.

Keep in mind this is NOT Jack3d. It is a totally different product. Do not expect the stim effect that many see from the original Jack3d.

i took a oxyblack around 7am after work, got home around 7:30 drank some bcaa's took a shower then downed 2 scoops of jack3d micro, sorry bb i took the oxyblack before reading this post!!!! got to the gym around 8:30am, felt good so i decided to lift for pump-high volume medium weights. again the pump was very good...the pump is worth mentioning again because it is 1st thing i notice from jack3d micro...once i started lifting i kept craving more of that pump just to see how swole i could get-yeah i know crazy right??? probably did more than i should, i am sore as hell and going to suffer thru work tonight-but gotta love the pump!!!!

again, pump and endurance get high marks!!!!

The Pump with Micro was huge for me as well. I also saw some amazing strength gains running this as a solo product. It'll be interesting to see how this treats you .

had to take a rest day today, i was pooped. took 2 scoops of micro just to keep the nitrates in my system, nothing much to report-other than i slept like a baby, maybe the nitrates have an effect on sleep?

well, i had a good workout in my basement today-still feel kinda pumped 4 hours later...i really crave more of a stim effect from micro, but once i start lifting my muscles seem to stay strong longer before failure. so, like i said before endurance is a bright spot for micro. i didn't keep track of numbers but it seemed i lifted longer than i usually do, my wife even yelled down to ask if i was ok.

I tried a different dosing technique on friday and I liked it. Took 1 scoop first thing in the morning. Then later that afternoon took 2 scoops pre and I was pretty fired up to get after it. I will give this a shot on monday to see if it repeats itself.

sorry for lack of updates...had a family emergency-everything is ok now!!!!

everything seems to be more of the same which is a good thing, imo....pumps are very good and it takes more reps for my muscles to tire. workouts are lasting longer, but i still crave more stim effect-it just seems like something is missing, imo.

BigT try mixing Jack3d Micro with a scoop of Modern BCAA. This has helped me to get more out of Jack3d and Jack3d Micro in the past.

NOOOOOO, BCAA's WILL dim the "stim" effect as they decrease cortisol while increasing serotonin giving one that laid back feeling, kinda like cissus.
