    Doin it up with USP LAB'S Jack3d Micro!


    So it came in today before my second training session. So I put it to use after my training session at the gym.

    Taste: Not over the top but like a real sweet crystal light type of taste. Mixed 2 scoops real smoothly.

    Energy/performance: Like with all products with nitrates it actually makes me a bit laid back. With Micro it started off that way, but slowly the energy started to creep in. I noticed that my body temperature rose noticeably, which made it easier to get warm during training. It stood that way the whole lifting session, I had puddles along my tracks LOL. The pump was no doubt present, it actually was a bit too much for my upper body exercises, as I had to stop due to a muscle spasm that felt like it could lead to something worse had I continued on with the set. Legs no doubt were powerful which I attribute to the arginine nitrate. The energy lasted the whole session but it ain't no og jack3d or Craze in terms of focus. As I post this my body is still somewhat higher than normal, sort of intriguing. Next Lifting session will be Saturday.

    So I decided to take it before sparring today, WOW, my muscular endurance was GREAT along cardio. This supp definitely enhances cardio as does alphamine. I am gonna stack the two 2morrow. I forgot to comment on the taste of Micro. Its also very crystal like flavor but better, kinda of like a life saver. Very tasty and mixes easily. Tommorow I have a lifting session and will be combing both micro and alphamine.

    Also I feel that micro must be used at least 4 days a week to maintain high levels of nitrates to continue to boost muscular endurance.

    I'm not sure you should stack the too. There are very strong warning on alpamine not to combine it with any other stimulants. I even read that you shouldn't drink any coffee with it.

    That is correct, but I think it has to do more with a tolerance build up. For crying out loud there are people who stacked the og Jack3d with ephedrine, so I ain't worried bout over stimulation or tolerance.

    So I dosed 2 scoops of Micro with 1 scoop of ALphamine, I got the runs for good 5-10 minutes HHAHA but then it was game on. I was definitely focused but it was more like a focus u would want to study or to go to work with which I think has to do with choloine bitrate in Alphamine, I will try next a half a scoop. Nonetheless, muscular endurance was very good. Needed little rest in between sets and also noticing that lungs are obtaining more air which I believe is due to the combo of higemaine/NCL and arginine nitrate. Pumps were definitely annoyingly up and finished my session with clearly energy to spare, slight crash later in the day followed by a clear cut energy which was puzzling to me HAHAA.

    Monday took 2 scoops of Micro. Training went very well, muscular endurance was present, vascularity was quite pronounced along with the fullness of my muscles, pumps were pretty brutal which made certain lifts difficult lol. Solid focus considering it was a different training time I accustomed to.

    Yesterday took two scoops 45 minutes before lifting. I noticed some solid focus, muscular endurance seems to get slightly better after every workout, pumps were strong but manageable. Fullness was definitely present. Post training my libido was pretty strong LOL. May use a scoop before sparring tomorrow.

    Had a training session yesterday, again I actually had to stop a set of upper body lifts because my shoulder muscle cramped to the point that it was about to pull out of place and the last thing I need is a pulled muscle. Overall solid energy but NOTHING compared to the original Jack3d. I am sorry but I keep it real, the energy I look for in a pre workout does not have to be cracked out but it has to give focus, this product gives coffee type of stimulation, which makes me jumpy with no focus. I will try adding some Demiurge with micro. Muscular endurance was definitely there as was enhanced breathing capability. You won't crash on this preworkout but I would add some nootropics to the mix to amplify the focus factor. Also if you are an athlete, start off with one scoop because 2 scoops may be too much for explosive movements till your body gets accustomed to surge of N.O. that this product gives.

    I agree on the focus. I like to be lasered in and this does not bring that. I too will be looking to add to the mix.

    pumps and endurance are big, but i gotta have more stim...going to start with 200mg caffeine and go from there.

    yup, i've used the sns 1,3 before...that might do the trick. does nutra have focus dirt in stock?

    if you benefit from high chloine action go for it, that stuff at low doses is fine, at higher doses, i feel to laid back, and get the runs. It depends on your body's chemistry. I am an adrenaline junkie, I need to always get my adrenaline going, just walking and thinking about something that pumps me, get my adrenaline firing, I need Adrenaline to feel right. I come from a highly dopamine filled family, so it would make sense.

    I am right there with you big man. I have taken 3 scoops of micro and the stim effects became better but the increase of the nitrates became detrimental. I just felt like crap. What about a Yohimbine product?

    Yea too much nitrate BLOWS in my experience. The problem with yohimbine is if you produce high amounts of dopamine naturally, it lower it but will still increase a rise noradrenaline which will cause more anxiety and kill adrenaline in short period of time. (hard crash) I prefer alpha yohimbine, its more dopamine based and some serotinin agoniszing properties to balance things out, now noradrenaline increases hit or miss depending on the body' state. PEA always does my body some good. I think you would like a combo of b-pea and naringin mixed with your 1 scoop of micro. Add in Focus Dirt and that makes for a nice motivated stack.

    well for last 2 workouts I have used only scoop with some focus dirt which is settle but gets the job done. I attribute the dialed in focus to focus dirt which is honestly better on its own then when I mix it with caffeine, for some reason caffeine gives me an almost ADHD effect, not good for concentrating that is for sure. Muscular endurance still very good, my reps for calisthenics seem to be improving slightly along the ease, cardio is up which I attribute to the nitrates, less soreness post training which is a plus and also makes athletic training easier the next day.

    So far I give energy 6.5/10
    focus 2/10
    endurance 9/10
    pumps 9.5/10
    strength 8/10

    My only complaint so far is the focus, its absolute poopsicles for me LOL. I could try adding thiamine to the mix.

    Had a good workout yesterday, no painful pumps very good muscular endurance, energy was solid but I attribute decent focus to the focus dirt. The one thing I am digging with Micro is the way it makes my skin turn red due to increase in body temp. I was absolutely drenched in sweat yesterday.
    I also used it before sparring and ground pound drills/grappling and it worked very well in the cardio arena. I notice breathing capacity is awesome while using Micro. For me this product shines more for athletic training than lifting at least in my experience. Energy did last a while and focus I cannot say, as I am always focused during MMA training.

    Since my last progress post, I have had 4 workouts in which the endurance has been solid along cardio, but the pumps were brutal. In matter of fact, the pumps were so brutal, I pulled a muscle near the peck. I will continue to train as I can do all MMA things. I just can't lift much with my upper body which is fine. This product is great for cardio and muscular endurance but I don't recommend it to a stim junkie that is for sure.

    Used it this past weekend including sparring and it worked great. The tub is almost gone and I cannot lift for a month due to a pulled muscle but here is my overall impression on Micro. Thanks USP Labs for letting me try it out.

    Muscular endurance: 10/10
    strength N/A
    Energy 7/10
    Focus 1/10 (made feel like I had adhd with energy)
    Pump 10/10 (a little too much for my liking)
    Taste 9/10
    mixability 10/10
    Overall 7.5/10

    I hope I give you the reader a clear idea of what Micro did for me. Its absolutely fantastic for cardio aiding and the ability to keep using your muscles such as physical sports. If you are into bodybuilding it can definitely give you a nice full look, but if you are a powerlifter you may want to use something with less of a vasolidative effect. I will use a half scoop later on with other nootropics prior to training. I could not handle 2 scoops cuz of sides but some may not receive those sides that I did. Feel free to ask a question in regards to Micro.
