Today was chest day and I didn't know what was up but my pumps kinda lacked. Couldn't been that I didn't get to the gym until 45 post Condense ingestion. Also I ate a lot this weekend up to 197 :/ but despite the lack of pump I threw around a lot of weight. Hitting numbers I haven't hit since precomp; most notably 105x8 incline db bench and 275x7 flat barbell bench with strict technique. I'm gunna be working the stricter technique on everything this go round because I noticed the most gains even in precomp conditioning. I've learned not to be naive and heavier weights doesn't mean bigger or better looking muscle mass. I also slightly injured my tricep, most likely just a strain. Should be good for back tomorrow but I will be careful with pull ups and pull downs as I have heard of people snapping their triceps on those.
Should be a better workout tomorrow cause I hit 30 minutes of cardio and ate clean today. I'm craving ze pump!!!

Do you think diong zero cardio and all lift is a good fat loss plan? I feel leaner since I have been doing that for 3 weeks, and I have been eating like a wolf,
I have started doing 3 days of light weights, lots of reps (4-6 sets of 18-20 reps)-2 days of heavy weights(3 sets of 8-12). I split it in this way : (L=Light, H=Heavy)
Do you think that way actually structures workouts better? I got bored of cardio as such, and its been 45 days and I dont feel like going back.
In my precomp phase I ran on an empty stomach every morning and it's great. But you're asking if a zero cardio and entire weights plan is good for fat loss? When it comes to this I need to know a lot more about you. Because fat loss is mostly diet. Also it's a cliche to say everyone is different but what works for me may not work for you and vice versa. I gave that advice on that thread cause that guy had no clue what to do. But back to what you were asking, zero cardio will most definitely maximize muscle gains and if you hit weights hard enough it can act like cardio in a way. I'm not a fan of going over 12-15 reps in a set so 16-20 seems like overkill to me. But if your goals right now are to get lean and stay go for itOriginally Posted by Invycktus
I do agree cardio is boring that's why I try to do something different everyday. But like I said if your diet is in check and you are achieving the look you want I'm not gunna sit here and say you're doing anything wrong man.
Took a couple days off without any Condense. Tomorrow should be a vascular bonanza.

Pretty craY workout today. Had 2 scoops of condense preworkout with one tab of fat smack on holy ****. I'm sweating like a greased pig. My vascularity was intense. Fullness in bis was almost too much haha
