Day 4: Only had time to do biceps today but Holy Biceps Batman, did I work them!!!
Barbell Curls: 40x10, 50x10, 60x10, 70x6 (fail)
Hammer Curls: 25x10, 30x8, 35x7, 40x5
BB Curls superset with BB Forearm Curls: 40x10(both), 50x10 (both), 60x3 curl (fail) x 10 forearm curl
Nautilus Curls: 50x10 (5 reps together/5 reps isolated while holding the other), 60x16 (as before 8 & 8), 70x18 (as before 9 & 9)
Only a 30 min workout but it was awesome!!! Took my 1st dose of PNI's , see my log on that...will post link shortly.
