The Complete Carnitine Stack- vs- The AZ heat & The PROWLER, a sponsored log...
okay got my special delivery package today...

So, I've used hemavol (both flavors), maximize v2, dexaprine, reversitol v1 & v2, tt-33, and a few other products iforce carries.
So when I saw Vaughn was offering a log for their compete & testabolan v2 (two products i havn't tried yet, and hearing great things about both, esp compete), I had to apply for an opportunity.
with that, I want to thank those at I-Force for this opportunity to put it to the test.
I'll begin using compete tomarrow, and cant wait to test it ouside while pushing the prowler.
so far, I've gotten 14 plates for 20 meters, I'm hoping compete will help me get to 20 (or 18 at least) for 20 meters.

Totally in for this. And the heat advisory has just been stupid this weak. I usually don't put much stock in electrolytes for non-endurance athletes, but this heat makes that ish worth it.

so started out with 2 scoops.
and I have to say, 1 scoop for flavor is all you need, but with two as you keep refilling your shaker, the taste gets more refreshing.
endurance was good, destroyed my legs today.
5 sets of dead lifts,
3 sets of full squats (azs to floor), then 2 more half squat
single leg press, 4 sets of 10 each leg
drop sets, single leg ext 3 sets of each set with 10 reps per drop (three drops)
drop sets, lying single leg curl, 2 sets of 10 reps each drop (3 drops)
could barely walk down the stairs, good focus and recovery between sets.

yea, my hamstrings were sore today, but now at 10pm, they are reallying feeling it.
tomarrow is gonna be ruff.
gonna get some prowler time tomarrow if i can.
if y'all havn't seen it, wednesday, i pushed 700lbs for 20 meters, at 230 in the afternoon, so it was about 110-115 outside.
gonna try to get it in the morning next time.

talk about endurance, props on the prowler. between this and your leg workout this log is shaping up to be awesome.

im thinking of mixing up 1 scoop lemon drop compete + 1 scoop lime powershock pre.....should be pretty tasty

did 1 scoop today, hit chest. light chest, was worried about my shoulder, no pain today, so thats a good sign.

this is turning out to be a very interesting log... I dont think i've ever seen anyone use the prowler in their logs...like ever...

okay, where were we,
then we hit decline fly's 4 sets of 8
I had to leave, as i was out of time, so we finished off with a drop set on the flat bb bench. I used a reverse grip, as it was so light.
we did 4 10lb plates on the bar, so 5 sets 4 drops, down to the bar. nice pump after that.
not sure how i'll feel tomarrow, thats prob the lightest chest w/o i've ever done, but shoulder is feeling better, so i dont want to mess it up.
legs should be totally good by tomarrow, so gonna hit up some prowler.

today I only had an hour again, and chose to work on power, cardio.
so i started out with a 5 min 7-6mph run.
then went over and busted out kb swings, two 25lb kb's, one each hand, swings, 25 reps, just rested to my hr dropped back down to 140bpm.
3 sets of 25 swings.
the other exercise I did, I dont know what to call it, but describ it is like a two handed clean, and catch the kb on the bottom, then press above head. drop down to floor catching handle before it hits the floor, all one fluid motion
so I used a 35lb kb for 15 reps for the first set, then I grabbed the bosu ball, flipped up upside down, and balanced on top of it, while doing this exercise, with 15 reps for the last two sets.
finished off with 20 minitus of cardio in my zone 2 (so 161bpm-172bpm).
This was a quick power workout, and it was after 1hr of rock climbing.
sippin on compete the whole time, delicious refreshness, and amazing pumps from such a light workout. (forearms were super pumped during the rock wall climbing, esp on the climb down)
