I want to start by saying thanks to Marms and Lecheek Nutrition for putting this together for me!!! I loved TestodrolX9 and AD3-PCT so im extra excited to see what I can do with the rest of their products. So 9 weeks and 1 day from today 10/6/12 Ill be competeing in my first competition (mens phsyique division). So Im gonna really bust my butt the next 9 to get in the best shape I can and with the help of Lecheek nutrition its going to be an awesome experience. I will post pics and videos of my body transformation and some of my workouts plus diet plan goals etc...

I would also like to see some strength increases too along the way and am hoping to be a little heavier then 185
I think with the proper diet and supplementation this is pretty achievable, and I love lifting heavy in my opinion its about
how much you can lift not how much you look like you can lift.

OxyECA Black weeks 1-contest 1 cap pre workout, might up to 2 daily after a few weeks depending on how I feel/look
MassHGH weeks 1-contest 3 caps with my casein before bed
HyperT2 weeks 5-contest 1 cap pre workout 1 cap with evening

Ad3-PCT weeks 5-contest 2 caps with MassHGH and casein before bed

Thanks brother!!!!! Will do i dont do many pulldowns so I will add those in. I did rack chins for the first time the other day man those things are awesome!!!!!!

So first dose off Mass HGH last night I slept like a baby, also firt dose OXYECABlack holy crap this stuff is strong im 5 hours into the dose now and still feeling good.

Had some ice cream last night 1 cup it was amazing now today will be lower carb/calorie day since its an "off" day but I did some abs and streching earlier.

Oxyblack is strong man your gonna love it over 7 hrs now and still feeling it

try doing weighted leg raises, great for abs.
I will give them a shot on wednesday never done them before I do some hanging leg raises and some I call them hurricanes ill put a video up of them wednesday.

i use ankle weights....lay on bench and do leg raises, there was a time when i could do them with 30 pounders but they busted so i just use 15's now...but sets of 10 will definately hit those ab's, lol.

take advantage of being young....you only get 1 shot!!!

I dont think I have access to ankle weights I was thinking trying to hold a dumbell between my feet and do them hanging. Maybe ill be able to come up with something by wednesday

i go to lots of yard sales.....can't believe the stuff you can get dirt cheap, lol. over the years i have accumulated so much stuff my wife says i am a hoader, lol.

You heard it here first matty says Black is legit. Like how legit? 2 legit ?
definitly 2 legit and it dont quit. No need for 2 doses here I usually do a preworkout in the am either maximize intense or craze depending and then Focus XT for a pick me up maybe 6-7hrs later at work and no need man 1 dose and Im good for the day so far.

Todays workout was awesome otns of energy and focus plus nice pump. I slept like a baby last night woke up took my oxyblack and was ready to kill it. first day using the black before a workout "besides my jane fonda at home abs I do on weekends" and I was impressed energy just kept getting better the longer into the workout I got.

Ya we are taking it pretty serious the aerobics room in my gym is unused in the morning so thats going to be our pratice room we are planning on 2-3 times a week getting in there. Its much harder then I thought it would be.
