    After a long weekend in Chicago I hit my arms hard tonight. It felt really great. I am also starting to get my fullness back. Biceps are fun but what really gets me off is reaching around my arm and feeling the thickness of my tricep!

    Today I did two scoops of anadraulic state gt

    And in terms of pct for trifecta I love the addition of t911 and what it does for the bedroom!

    did you try the epic and ASgt mix as of yet?
    you are one of the only reps i know who is religious about his ASgt. i myself got about 1 serv left of epic and i have to tell you, with the addition of agmatine i think it will be a personal favorite if nothing else for the convienence and flavor! .. the effects are nice too!>

    When with Todd I had the mix of one scoop anadraulic and 3 caps full epic .. and it was epic! Epic tastes better too. Some people don't like anadraulic because it does have a "taste" issue... But to me it is what it is... I can taste a high content of arginine . But really guys... Would rather use something that tastes good or something that is alittle gross and actually works...

    I've drank tap water in southeast Asia... I can handle a bitter tasting supplement cause I'm a man! Lol

    hes a real nice guy, met him at one of my bb shows last fall...
    cool video looks like a good session, i just dont know how i feel about how you did the db presses.
    and i personally wouldn't do any type of upright row, devastating to the shoulder joint, easy to cause impingement issues.

    actually the way they are performing them are quite a bit easier on the joint plus add a little to the rear delts.. as opposed to the standard upwright row with the bb.

    Todd is a great guy! Tons of respect for him. I personally felt very challenged in the way I was doing the db presses. It felt very different to me. But I must say that I really felt a stretch and any time you hit any muscle in a way its not used to being hit its a good thing. Will I always do them Like that? No, but I will incorporate it every so often I need a change. All one has to do is Look at the guys shoulders... Haha.. 167 and he's a delt freak.

    About the rows... I'm a bb row guy and this felt very natural and good. And db did take the awkward angles out of upright rows.
