  1. This log will focus around ConDense, havent recieved the product yet, but heres some background..

    Ill be looking for:
    1) Energy
    2) vasodilation
    3) strength and ill report on flavor the first post lol

    5'4" 155lbs 14%bf
    2500 kcals for maint.
    Eating 2000-2100
    P:200-210 F:110-120 C:150

    *RECOMP MODE*

    --Sample day of eating--
    3 eggs + 2oz chicken
    Multi+potassium

    2tblsp pb

    Two slices whole wheat bread
    120g turkey pastrami
    Lettuce
    Tomato
    Mayo (olive oil kind )
    1 carbmaster yogurt

    Protein shake
    30g waxy maize

    2slices potato bread
    6oz shredded chicken with franks hot sauce
    1 carbmaster yogurt

    2tbsp pb

    Protein shake+ sunflower oil

    Eating -200-400 kcals below maint.

    Lifting schedule- 2 on 1 off repeat. Heavy low rep, moderate volume. Extreme stretching.

    Im actually 14 days in on osta and NP 1-carboxy and one day in on S4. Ill have my bf% checked again this sunday or so after church, via ultrasound.

    Starting numbers:
    Db bench-80x6
    Incline bench-195x4
    Squat-280x3
    Rack dead-315x11

    This log will officially start when i get condense in my palms

    Smacked out legs tonight though, my diets actually switched to IF so, expect some changes

    Train heavy one week, moderate the following week then back to heavy.

    Squats- 135x10 185x8 250x6 275x4 drop set 135x10
    Leg press- 180x10 270x10 360x10x2
    Lying leg curl-30x10x4
    Seated leg curl- 120x10 135x10x2 150x10x2
    Leg ext- 70x10x4

    Dosed both my sarms 25mg/30mg.

    Kcals today: 2238

  21. Rest day. Still no condense... the waiting on the product to arrive part sucks.

    Fasted 17hr
    1724kcals today and 10g bcaas

    Heres a breakdown..
    Wake - 5g bcaas + 800mg 1 carboxy
    8-noon poop ton of water and tea
    1215- protein shake, 2 slices whole wheat bread, lettuce, onion, mayo, 115g turkey pastrami deli meat, 8oz homemade meatloaf (made with no fat milk, 4tbsp flax, ground wheat bread, two whole eggs and 2 lbs burger meat)
    Protein shakes with carbmaster yogurt and milk
    Poop ton of pb

    Dosed my osta no s4 and 1 carboxy tonight. Banging out some back tomorrow (my favorite day)

    Niiiiiice. Had a good little pump going, would be helluva lot better if i had some condense coarsing through my veins

    5g bcaas first thing am 10g bcaas during workout.

    Broke fast with 30g pro+30g waxy, 8oz chicken breast and 30 ranch thin wheat crackers.

    Busted 20mins cardio out after workout too

  24. Subbed. We will have ConDense soon and we will all be so huge that we will have to start wiping our asses from the front so that we don't tear a pec trying to go to the back. (I actually know somebody who had to do that)

    Sometimes with the really messy ones its good to go both directions just to make sure everything is cleaned up. Those also usually require a shower after. Absolutely nothing is worse than having one of those right after you shower. Makes you have to start all over again

  30. Still no condense.. maybe Monday. Today was light-moderate weight, 10-12 reps, 60-90 second rests.

    Operation: volume for chesticules

    Incline bench- 135x12x4
    Db bench- 50x12x4
    Cable fly- 20x12 30x12 30x12 40x12
    Decline bench- 135x12 135x12 135x10
    *30 mins cardio

    And my chest this morning is nice and ...sore. I really like this IF/LG by the way. Freedom with eating and im ive lost 2lbs since i started.

    Dosed my sarms, carboxy and bcaas.

    Need this pre workout!
