    Clout review

Read a thread on pre workouts, and seen that many, including mrcooper, recommended clout for strength and non stim. Will be taking a scoop now. Just woke up and will post results later today

Great workout today. Really pushed heavy weights. Fatigue did start to set in at end, but overall did fell great. Oddly enough I did not get any beta alanine tingled. I train fasted. Will report back on Thursday morning workout.
    Some numbers
    Barbell bench press ( flat)
    135 x 3
    205 x 3
    225 x 3
    230 x 4

Power snatch ( from below knee cap, focusing on form)
    65 x 3 for 6 sets
    Snatch pull
    95 x 3
    95 x 3
    95 x 3

    Full clean of floor
    135 x 3
    185 x 1
Next two attempts I failed. Missed but lifts and I was done. Tremendous pump in back today. While correcting and performing snatch, my lats just started coming way out!. Overall I will try clout for a full week to see if its worth buying again or not.

Should clout and hemavol go together?

I think they are an excellent combo! Doesn't get much better as a stim free pre-workout performance stack.

Awesome combo IMO. Add in enough water and carbs and damn..those would be some sick pumps.

I would add SNS Citrulline Malate to that combo .
