First off I would like to give a huge thank you to Aaron and the rest of the guys at Purus for this awesome opportunity! They were looking for loggers for the entire Purus line and since I have yet to try a Purus product I was very excited to be given this opportunity. A little background on my self: I am 26 years old and have been hitting the gym for about 6 years total. The first 3 1/2 years I wasn't very serious, just going to the gym when I had free time or nothing better to do. The last 2 1/2 years I have gotten very serious in my training. I go at minimum 5 days a week to the gym and I've completely changed my diet for the better which led to around 25 pounds of muscle gained in that period. I was on a bulk for nearly two years because my metabolism would destroy anything I put in my body making it very hard to put on any size. After a recent cut/recomp I've leaned towards lean bulking and have put on quite a bit of mass in a few months. I'm just now coming off an amazing PCT and hope this stack can help me continue to lean bulk while cutting my bf down slightly.

Diet: I do carb cycling. I don't have the typical burn or build day set-up I just kind of go by how I feel each day. I have about 4 days a week where my carbs will be below 150 and the remaining 3 days I go anywhere from 200-350 carbs. My diet is very clean but I don't really pay much attention to any macro besides carbs. Typical foods I eat:

Final review

Fat snack XR- Definitely an amazing product for quite a few reasons. The first being energy! I get loads of energy while dosing this product and really enjoy taking this right before my work out. I feel like I sweat a lot more during both lifting and cardio and I can feel a huge difference when I don't take it. The appetite suppression was so-so for me sometimes it seemed to make a difference and sometimes it didn't. I'm on a lean bulk so I really don't look for this in a product anyway so I'm glad it didn't completely turn me of to food. I did stay pretty lean during this run which very well could have been helped by the fat smack but I also keep a strict training schedule and diet so I can't say it was all from the fat burner. During the first few weeks of using this I had to chase it with food to avoid having a burning sensation in my throat and stomach most likely due to the black pepper extract in the product. Taking it with fish oil or a scoop of peanut butter or a small glass of milk cleared it right up for me. After a few weeks I didn't really have this issue very often though.

Muscle marinade (fresh fruit)- So many mixed feelings about this product! When I first used it I was experiencing some stomach discomfort during my workouts which I typically feel from a stim heavy pre-workout. After a few times using the product I had some of the best workouts of my life on this product and would literally have to drag myself out of the gym. I think it may have just taken a little time for me to get used to it also eating something a very small meal right after taking it seemed to help a lot too. The taste was pretty good but a bit strong, I had to water it down a bit so that it wouldn't be overwhelming.

D-pol- Amazing product! Probably right on level with Intimidate as my favorite DAA's. Strength gains on this were incredible. I continually beat PR after PR and had fun doing so! Each workout I was adding more weight but it would feel easy. Really looked forward to almost every workout because I knew I was getting stronger and stronger. Libido sky rocketed pretty early on and really went up big time in week 2-3 but seems to have went down just a hair in the last week before leveling out. It is definitely higher right now then prior to running the product though. I love the added nitrates in d-pol too, it makes this a very unique DAA. My pump was amazing while dosing this an hour prior to lifting and I looked very vascular in and outside of the gym. I loved taking this and a slinshot before working out. Big thumbs up here guys!

Slinshot- Still just flat out love this stuff! My new favorite GDA and constantly in my nutra cart. I've now added this as a staple and don't think that will change. Almost just seems why would you not use carbs for the right reasons? No stomach irritation of any sort like I often times get while using other products of this type. Even while taking this on off days the veins and pump I would get in my muscles was incredible! Particularly when used in 2-3 pills with a good amount of carbs. A few times I literally looked at my biceps and said holy sh1t! It would be an off day and would look as it I just did arms for an hour! Big thumbs up here too guys!

Recycle- First off I can say that tribulus and I get along great! I like this being in this product for sure! Between this and d-pol I saw unbelievable strength gains. Like I mentioned before I went in the gym not hoping but knowing I was going to crush the log book with almost no effort. Really had the alpha male feeling nearly every workout and libido was good during this run. I don't like that it seemed as if I had to take at least 6 a day to get the peak performance out of the product because when teamed with d-pol which is how I would prefer to run this product it could get a bit pricey. Definitely worth it though! The AI and cortisol properties were not incredibly noticeable at the 4 pill dose but did improve very slightly when the dose was pushed to 6 and up. I think this product would be good to use for the AI properties while just natural cycling but wouldn't probably use it in a PCT situation as my full out AI in my honest opinion.

Organ shield- Definitely not the type of product you can notice a huge difference from while taking it. I love the ingredients in it and really think the product would be great for a cycle run or PCT type situation. Not to mention it's never a bad idea to have good liver and prostate assist at all times any way.

Increased aggression and shortened temper span (mainly in weeks 2-3, plus in the gym negative outside the gym)
Crash's caused by 1,3 in the last week (Seemed to be getting more common when the stack was nearing the end)
Very and I mean very minor acne on the back and chest (probably the least from any stack I've ran)

I can safely say this was my favorite natty cycle. It covered all bases pretty well and my strength was incredible. Made me really enjoy natty again and even might put off my next hormone run because I'm having a blast natty right now. The libido increase was a great feeling as anyone who has ran a cycle before can tell you libido is hard to get rolling at 100 percent within a few months of cycling. I was a bit skeptical about purus products before being offered this opportunity but can definitely see myself running these products again in the near future. I even have enough slinshot to last a few more months and fat smack a few weeks.

Alright guys, I'm a third shifter so my post's are usually a bit scattered as most of you know. On the weekdays I train at about 5-6 eastern time and on the weekends I train whenever I feel like it sometimes at 8AM and sometimes as late as 4-5PM. Today I will be going in about a half hour. Here is a supplement update.

5PM
1 slinshot before a protein shake containing about 40 carbs (love the pump I get when taking one before my workout!)
4 recycle (This is my second dose of recycle, I took one dose last night before I went to work at about 9PM)

Initial thoughts on these supps?

Muscle marinade- very good taste, I have fresh fruit and it lives up to its name.
Fat smack xr- I will take the hints from other users and take it before my shake for now on as I have a burning sensation in my throat.
Slinshot- works great and has a very obvious effect!
d-pol- Holy horse pills!
recycle- nothing special to note as of yet, which is expected

Now time to kill them mofoing weights!

Definitely give it a shot fu! I used to use slin sane but I'm now a changed man! Slinshot for the win! The pumps and bloat control is on a whole different level. Definitely my favorite gda! I've been using it for about 3 weeks already because I followed the other purus logs and liked what they were saying about it. My vascularity has gone up tremendously as I've leaned out in the last few months so I can't completely contribute that to slinshot but the pumps are incredible! I literally hurt as if I'm cycling some days and that is no lie.

Day 1 continued

I will try to post my diet daily to give you a better idea of how I build and clean up on a dime! It also keeps me motivated to stay on task too.

Today was a low carb clean up day.

Diet:
8 oz 1/2 percent milk, 2 scoops whey, 2 TBS peanut butter
1 can tuna, 1 slice whole wheat bread
chicken breast, low fat string cheese
protein bar with 14 carbs and 10 protein, jack links jerky
chicken breast, nutra-grain bar
8 oz 1/2 percent milk, 2 scoops whey, 2 TBS peanut butter
My sugar to keep me sane was 10 life savers gummis

~230 protein ~130 carbs

Carbs were a bit high for a clean up day, I try not to go over 120, but overall diet was good for the day.

I'll tell you right now you get used to a lot of meat and peanuts bro! It's so hard to do low carbs but at the end of the day when I know I made it within my goal carb intake it feels damn good!

Your talking to the guy that used to eat spaghetti three times a week. Three sandwiches a day. Candy all the time. Pop like it was water. I focking live for carbs. I just also know when they are not needed and adapt accordingly. My body doesn't react with bloat to anything else. Fat goes through me, carbs stick to me. Even with a GDA they still will find a home on my love handles. All day yesterday I was thinking about carbs man, just have to do what it takes to be an alpha mofo round here!

Woke up and had the morning coffee while browsing AM. Supplements an hour before my workout were as follows.

D-pol 3 caps
Recycle 4 caps
slinsane 1 cap

Fifteen minutes before my workout I will be taking 2 fat smack and will not be taking the muscle marinade today. I want to see what fat smack is like at 2 caps, but don't want to over stim myself.

Training shoulder's and back today. Thought about just doing shoulder's but I will see what I feel like doing when I get in. In any case there will be PR's today, lets do this!

LTL my brother! What are our goals for this run? I saw that we dropped a wee bit of weight...
Lean bulk but that 167 from yesterday was not a weight I was comfortable in. That weight is after
a few carb days where I was holding water. My dry weight right now is about 165.5 which is what I'm looking to get to for pics tomorrow. I would love to get to 170 dry by the end of this run. ;-)
