    Sorry if this posts twice. I thought i posted it but it isnt showing so ill re do it. First off, I wanna say a HUGE thank you to PES and SS for letting me log DAA and Anabeta!!! I just finished my Alpha T2 and Anabeta Elite stack a month ago and now onto bulking. I will be doing 5x5 training but a modified version. I like to add one additional exercise to each muscle group but not always. depends how much time i have to workout since im in nursing school. gotta get my study on! I will lay out my supplements at the bottom of this paragraph. I train Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Time varies. I have been on this training routine for 2 weeks so I will also post my numbers tonight and will weigh in tomorrow. I am doing a clean bulk. After my cut, i got down to i think 182 (will have to check my log) and have been recomping since. Tomorrow starts my bulk (diet wise). remember, im doing a clean bulk, not dirty.

    Training: modified 5x5

    Diet: Clean bulk

    Supplements: DAA, Anabeta, MAP by PP, Creapure by PP, SuperPump MAX, Orange Triad, Myofusion, Revamp by Southland

    Again, I will get my training numbers up hopefully tonight and will start this tomorrow

    Nice, I will be running a DAA,Anabeta set up for my PCT from OstaRX. After that it's a lean bulk as well. This should give me some tips.

    hey guys, sorry i havent posted my lifts yet. been busy today with a few things. have free time tomorrow morning so ill do it then. what i can say though is i have increased my lifts from Monday by 5 -10 pounds on each 5x5 lift. nothing to report as far as the stack goes as this is day 1. the gym scale was broken and the new one is coming in tomorrow so ill go weigh in and do some very light cardio. went to my friends house to practice some guitar and thought id share a bit with you guys. he messed up one part but we had been playing for a while so he was prob worn out lol

    previous lifts without this stack: most of the time i will add in like flys on chest day and lat pulldowns with back for high reps to get a good stretch or another arm workout on that day but i dont record weight because im doing high rep

    Squat - 135 225 285 300 315 (i dont go heavy on squats because of my knee)

    Dips - 90 115 125 135 (had to stop because of my wrist)

    pullups - body weight for 5 sides (anybody know something i can do in place of pull ups? i dont have a belt and chain to do weighted ones. maybe go to failure each time?)

    "Up Downs" - idk what these are called. havent done them since 2008. start with a deadlift then bring it up and shoulder press it

    something to note....idk if there is a correlation between the two or not, but since ive started DAA my arms and legs have been very itchy and warm. ive never taken pure DAA before. the only form of DAA ive taken has been Lit Up. any thoughts?

    Can't answer the DAA question bubba. I've never reacted that way from it. In response to the chins, have you thought about the DC rack chins? Here is a video but I'm sure you are familiar..

    actually forgot about those. did them today and will continue to throughout this log. I will update my numbers tonight. Had increase in strength on the "up/downs" (whatever they are called) as well as tricep push down. rack chins i havent done in a while so i played around to get a baseline but ill post my numbers tonight. also did BB curl for 3 sets to get some extra work.

    not as much. now its in random spots but not near as bad. im not on any medications or anything. just taking this stack and all the products i have taken before except this DAA

    That is strange. What is it about theirs that makes it a different compound? the only sides I ever got from DAA was some squirts. You might just go thru an acclimation period and then be gtg.

    I've never experienced this and have taken both products. Have you eaten anything different or eaten out lately? Could be a reaction to food.

    7/16 B day second training day on stack

    Up/down - 45 85 95 110 120

    Triangle Push down - 57 72.5 80 87.5 95 Thats the whole stack so I am going to go on the lat pull down machine and do it on there from now on so numbers may be different.

    Rack chins as seen in video in previous post (5x5) - body weight + 35 + 55 + 65 + 70



    Alright so I am already seeing the Anabeta kick in. here is what I am seeing.

    Vascularity came yesterday. looks like i just worked out (almost) throughout the whole day. saw it again today. Pump is an all day pump. Saw that begin yesterday as well. Today i saw appetite increase! i love this about anabeta. probably my favorite part of it. Gym pumps and endurance have been awesome. I love feeling tired after i train so I will have to just lift harder to get that feeling. Training A day tomorrow so I will try to add another 5 pounds on bench but it will be tough. I am trying to add at least 5 pounds on every set i do for every exercise each time i go. its killer.

    Anabeta made me an eating machine but I kept getting leaner! Love it. 5lbs on the big lifts seems doable but on things like biceps,triceps is a whole other ball game.
