    I just do deload the week of the meet. Monday the 21st will be my last heavy day, everything that week will be no more than 55% and I compete Sunday the 27th.

    Calorie deficit is not helping the need of the deload. Was 201 this morning...

  29. What ever fed your doing. I was thinking with you cutting that hard maybe you had an elite total, record lift in the class, or even a qualifier in mind. Basically curious to the reasoning for cutting down to the 181's.

  30. USPA Master Classic Raw is 1380 for 181, I should get that and more. USPA Elite is 1500.

    One last meet at 181, the competition is stiffer for this meet as a 181.
