Ok Although it was a short workout ( just about 20 min ) I got a lot in yesterday before heading to everyone about everything.
I just needed to go and do a few things and get my mind from thinking 100mph.
Everything I did I did with NO REST. Maybe just long enough to catch my breath and then right back into it.
BW pullups x 10
DB side laterial raises 30 x 10 >> I did all this for 3 sets
DB front raises 30 x 10
Barbell shrugs 225 x ?? ( till I was burning )
DB curls 45 x 10 each.
LAT PULLDOWNS 200 x 10
Hanging leg raises x 30 x 4 sets
