One word on the pr's AWESOME!!!! Way to kill it man. I can't wait for my shoulder to heal up so I can get with in half your strong arse lol. I got to 60's on db's for 3x8 reps but can't mess with straight bars without pain.

Strength - Challenged max PR on Incline Chest Press. Felt very strong again.
Appearance - Chest was pumped !!! I look much leaner also.
Workout Energy - Full of energy during both cardio and lifting.
Normal Energy - No lethargy again today. Good energy from all the carbs I think.
Sleep - Slept longer hours. Benefit of working from home on Fridays.
Recovery - Slight DOMS on shoulders from yesterday's workout.
Libido - Rock solid. Will not say more than that.
Skin condition - Skin continues to be slightly oily. has not progressed into breakouts yet.
Joint pains - No pain.
I was looking forward to today. Cheat day + carbs !!! I was anxious to see if the carbs will help with after lethargy.
Slept for 7 hours and woke up refreshed. Had some wicked weird dreams last night. I woke up with rock hard chest and arms. Also, rock hard you know what. Nice way to start the day. My girlfriend slept over last night and she was very happy this morning ! She also said I did not fidget or move while sleeping. I am usually all over the bed. I felt great and I was full of energy and confidence. I work from home on Friday's and got a lot done and I was very focused.
Did not eat much carb in the morning, but I ate enough during lunch and dinner to make up for it. lots of brown rice, bananas, sweet potato for lunch. For dinner, my cheat meal of choice was Shrimp Pad Thai. Ate couple peanut butter cakes for dessert as well. Only "bad" food for the day. I still ended up below calorie level. The dinner where I ate the most amount of carbs were situated around workouts. I ate carbs for lunch. Went to gym to work the chest. I went to dinner and had a lot of carbs. Went back to gym to put in 60 minutes of cardio. Ate dessert afterwards.
Today was chest day. Major test for the wrist as the angle on the HS Incline Press is not forgiving. Felt really strong and the weight felt lighter than normal. Knocked out 9 sets without issues. On the 10th set, I got the weight up 7 times. The 8th rep was 2/3 of the way up and my triceps gave. So close. FYI - 7 reps is the PR, but I have been stuck on 6 reps for the last few weeks. My chest was pumped and no PAINS on the wrist. Test passed ! Did couple drop sets immediately afterwards dropping 1 plate from each side. Nice way to finish off this lift.
I went over to the dumbbell rack and picked up 30 lbs. I normally pick up 35 lbs, but I wanted to be conservative. I finished off 10 sets, but I did feel my wrist pull a bit and weaken. OK, this seems to be the last remaining angle that will give me issues. Nothing major. it will probably go away by next week.
Finished off chest with supersets of Machine Chest flyes and Machine Chest Press with no rest in between. My muscles were pumped and my heart was beating like crazy. I knew I put in good work today. Everything is good and loving this stack so far.
Onto tomorrow and the crucial morning softball game to make the playoffs. Going to the beach afterwards and will walk about 5 miles on the beach with my girlfriend. She likes to walk. Always full of energy. Then retire to the bar on the beach to relax the night away.
