I wanna thank iForce Nutrition and VaughnTrue for giving me the opportunity to log Intimidate and Reversitol v2!
Goal: Lean Bulk
My diet:
4 Meals a day consisting of 650 calories and BCAAS in between meals.
Around 400 complex/simple carbs a day. Simple being around workout time.
Around 200 grams of protein a day.
The rest of the calories are coming form natural fat sources.
Only supplements I will be on during this log will be:
NOW ADAM
NOW Vitamin C
Now Green Tea
Dymatize Elite XT
iForce RVC Protean
Bulk BCAAs
Maximize Intense or Dexaprine Pre-workout
On Workout days, calories might be pushed up a bit.
On Rest days, low carbs so I can maximize GH release.
