    First of all would like to thank allnatural923, and all the 2000 reps for iForce that made this possible.


    Mix ability: 10/10 we all saw the video Vaughn had when he showed the mix ability, 2 shakes and it mixed perfectly. I tried it myself and it mixed perfectly. No clumps! I've been drinking cheap protein for the last 4 months, boy is there a noticeable difference between what people claim has instant mix ability and what truly is instant mix ability.

    Texture: Silky Smooth, in water or in milk the texture is very similar. Feels exactly like you're drinking milk. Not too thin in water, but 2 scoops in 10oz of water/milk is perfect.

    Taste:
    Initial thoughts: I wasn't impressed the first time I tried VMS, 1 scoop in 8oz of water. Tasted good, but did it deserve all the hype everyone has been giving it. First thought NOPE. It was into my 3rd shake that I realized something. For the last few months, Iíve been drinking thick, clumpy protein. The kind you sip and swish in your mouth, trying to avoid swallowing a clump and coughing up powder. Doing that with every sip, It didn't let the VMS settle on my tongue and properly activate all the taste buds at once.


    Current thought. **** this **** is good, I think Iíve said thank you to a few reps out there. For making sure VMS did come to market. Best thing to do is just take a mouthful, let it sit on your tongue and let the taste engage your taste buds. Swallow and repeat. If you're a fan of Thin mints, Mint Chip Ice cream, Sham rock shake this product is for you. 10oz of ice cold milk and 2 ice cubs makes this perfect.

  2. awesome review bro, glad you ended up loving the product. its funny, the amount of liquid people have been using has sometimes made people miss the full taste, try a little less liquid (1 scoop per 4 oz. of water seems to be the sweet spot).

    also, have you used it in any other ways (ex. mixed with greek yogurt, proatmeal, etc.)

    yeah i used it in ***e Greek Yogurt. the sourness of the yogurt wasn't an ideal flavor combination.

    i'm making a cheese cake later today, with the VMS!!!!!! i'm excited about it.

  5. a little update, did a cheesecake with it.



    right out of the oven, looked a solid, 3-4 inches thick.

    let it set for an hour, then moved it to the fridge for a 5 hour chill.

    when i woke up i was sad that it sunk.



    it was still delicious, one of the best cheesecake flavors I've ever tasted.

    12oz - Fat Free Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    10oz - F age 0% Fat Free Greek Yogurt
    2 whole eggs
    3/4 Cup - Granulated Splenda
    1/4 Cup - 1% Milk
    2 scoops - Protean Vanilla Mint Swirl
    1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
    1/4 tsp - Kosher salt




    not bad for the whole cheesecake, ate it in 3 servings.

  9. will add that use a thermometer, i looked up online why it sank, said for cheesecakes, you should use a thermometer to check it before u take it out.
