    Was looking at the 3 month deal, that'd give you 36 days if you dosed it every 2 days I think. Pretty expensive.

    Any one ever try taping it on so you can keep it on for longer (like all 5 days?) Lol

    I left work early, so I didn't have any lunch, started running out of gas after the cble rows. cut crunches short cause i was shaking.
    weight is at 175 still.

  9. I have heard that in relation to some peoples orders some dose it double or even triple the dose. I think it's 1 every 5 days to limit the chance if suppression. Personally I do 2 a week then take a two week break and usually will deload then. Or just up something else I'm taking...

    I stashed up once and went every 2 days for two packs of them and when they ran out went every 3 days. Being it only lasted me around 1.5 months I don't have much good to say other than some crazy freaking dreams and my face looked pretty clear.

    Yea. They say hgh doesn't show effects for a long time. But I do notice amazing dreams and my skin looks really good lol.
    My wife always gets mad at me cause my skin is so nice all the time lol.

  13. maybe this explains why the acne i was starting to get has went away.

    short cycles of low dosed hgh are said to be good for only fat loss (when paired with a good diet of course) longer cycle with additional stuff (like aas, igf-1 etc) are said to be where it's at.

    but 10 vials with 10iu's each (for me) is about 100 bucks. at 5iu's e/d that'd only be 20 days, so fo a 2 moth cycle that'd be about 300 bucks with a mod dose.

    or 600 bucks for 10iu's e/d for 2months.

    leg press- 270x12, 360x12, 450x8

    rom dead lift- 135x12, 185x8, 185x8 (back was stiff/sore so i took it easy)

    leg ext- 120x10, 140x11, 160x10

    lying leg curl- 100x12, 80x12

    seated leg curl- 70x12, 60x12

    seated calf raise- 80x10x2

    standing calf raise- 40x12, 70x10, 100x8

    then I came home to a 5lb tub of iso-100 chocolate, yay. 100% hydrolyzed whey isolate, love it.

    going to watch the "dictator" with ,the wife tonight. date night. whoo hoo, maybe i'll get lucky too.

    weight was at 173 today.

    Lat Pull down- 130x10, 150x10
    pendlay rows- 135x10, 115x10, 115x10
    flat d/b press- 75x5x3
    dips- bw+45lbs x 8 x 2
    d/b shoulder press- 30x10x3
    ez bar curl- 70x8, 70x6, 70x8
    decline bench leg raise- bw x 12 x 3
    skull crushers- 90x 8,6,6
    crunch w legs at 90 degrees- bw x 15 x 3

    ab work was done in between sets of curls & skull crushers.

    135 the first set felt too heavy on the pendlay rows, but then 115 felt too light. other than that most all my lifts are going up, so thats good.

    weight is down to 174.

  21. Good thing about a log, I can check when I last applied the patch, cause I forget.

    Maybe the dose should be lowered, and have you apply a new patch e/d, or every 2 days

    That is an interesting idea. I think that it is dosed that way to help stabilize endogenous HGH levels after the bolous dose of once every 5 days. But I hear where you are coming from. e5d is a pretty hard dosing program to follow. I will send an inquiry to the bosses to see what they and their R&D say.
