    I know thanks! I haven't been gaining any strength but I'm looking aesthetically better which is my overall goal during this log.

  4. Yesterday I didn't go to the gym guys it was a big cut day for me. I was able to get 200 grams of protein in with very minimal carbs and some fats here and there.
    Foods: Steak , eggs, egg whites, BCAAs, Sweet Potato, Chicken Breast, Low fat cheese, and protein powder.

  9. Just ordered. My only reservation all this time was the 9 caps/day dosing. Not appealing at all as I already take a bunch of other stuff. That said, I suspect this stuff may prove to be a solid product so I dove in. Still though, 9 caps? ugggggg

    Start of with 6 caps. Then go to 9 caps Id you need too. Shouldn't have to. Your already lean

  14. During my pct, aav2 is doing its sweet job to remove water!!! Better than most diuretics I WILL say.
    Halo and epi bloated me badly so I went into remission and into PCT.
    Bloat gone. Abs coming back. Love this stuff!!!
