Day 15: Monday, May 14
Fat Smack XR: Took 2 caps A.M. Gut burn still in effect (This was before the advice last night from you guys). Just past two weeks in and I'm still getting the same feelings from this as I did on Day 1. Bottom line, FSXR is effective.
SLINshot: Took 2 caps with post workout meal containing around 45g of carbs and a post workout shake containing protein and creatine. My muscles felt full and swole after this.
Workout:
Leg Extension - 3 sets
Leg Curl - 3 sets
Leg Press - 4 sets
Squats - 4 sets
Calf Raises - 5 sets
Hanging Leg Raises - 3 sets
Crunches - 3 sets
*Went nice and heavy today with legs. I felt like I was one set away from having to ask for a wheelchair to take me to my truck.
Day 16: Tuesday, May 15
Fat Smack XR: 1 cap A.M. with a small breakfast. NO GUT BURN!!! Thanks a ton for that advice guys, I wasn't going to be able to keep dealing with that gut burn. Of course with only one cap the effects weren't as strong, but I still felt the added energy and definitely felt the thermo effects when I went for a jog. Took one more cap around midday with lunch. Still no gut burn, Ha!
SLINshot: Same as yesterday. 2 caps with a post workout meal and shake. Same effect. Muscles feeling extremely full and pumped. Love that.
Today's Workout:
15 minute jog in the morning
5 minute ab workout from my ON Demand midday (That junk freakin hurt)
45 degree curl machine - 3 sets*
Standing EZ bar curl - 3 sets*
DB Curl - 3 sets
Iso Bench Press Machine - 3 sets
Iso Incline Bench Machine - 3 sets
Incline DB Press - 3 sets
Iso Lat Machine - 3 sets
Skull Crushers - 3 sets
*Set PRs on both the 45 degree curl and the standing curl...Felt pretty darn good about that.

Day 17: Wednesday, May 16
Fat Smack XR1 cap A.M. with breakfast. 1 cap with afternoon snack. No changes to note from yesterday. No gut burn again, so we got that taken care of now.
SLINshot 3 caps with lunch containing 102 carbs.
Today's workout:
Warmup - Shoulder Press Machine 1 set x 25 reps
Front delt plate raise - 3 sets
Rear delt DB raise - 3 sets
DB side raise - 3 sets
Front DB raise - 3 sets
*Shoulder Shrug - 5 sets*
Bent over BB row - 3 sets
*Tricep Extension w/ rope - 3 sets*
*PRs on shrugs and tricep extension today. Shrugs - 450x8; tricep extension - 120x8
Notes:
Muscles were completely swole after the workout today. Felt like they would tear through my skin. Still getting good effects from the fsxr, good energy and sweating my butt off during workouts.

Felt really good today. No weight loss or bf% loss though, bf had actually gone up a tenth. That irritated me so I decided to make sure to sweat my @$$ off in the gym. Consider that mission accomplished. I'm thinking of weighing in again end of the week to see if there's any change.

Thanks bro. That means a lot. I've had my moments of slacking, but have tried to make up for that. This forum has definitely been a blessing for me, to not only learn about training, nutrition, and supplements but to be able to use some great supplements with the only requirement being an honest review and log. I'll always do the best I can in logs and reviews, and always ask for advice in the logs, because the companies don't have to give us anything, but they do.
