    I meant to start this Log over the weekend, however what happened on Saturday to DRose during the Bulls game has put me into a major funk. I have to tell myself it's only sports, and there are much more important things to worry about. With that said:

    Time to Recomp(and by recomp I mean lose some more of this stupid fat) with Anabeta Elite. Last summer before my wedding I ran 2 bottle of the original AB. Things I noticed were: Increased hunger, Increased thirst, All day muscle fullness, Insane Pumps!, Increase in Strength.
    I can't remember the actual numbers, and I'm too lazy to go back and look, but while dieting for Cancun Wedding I ate like mofo, trained hard, and lost weight while looking leaner and fuller.

    After wedding my wife lost her job, we froze gym membership, I ate crappy and gained 30lbs of fat back Now I want to get back to where I was last year, and then go even lower weight wise.

    I just finished a run of Athletix Licogenix where I dropped 9lbs and started looking like I actually work out again. I have some Titanium/Div1 left so I am going to continue taking those, since I know how I react to them. I also have 2 bottle of AlphaT2 that I will probably throw in at some point.

    My Goal is to lose more fat while maintaining muscle. Anabeta Elite seems like it would be a great product for that. I just need to fight through the hungry feeling it will give me

    Day 1: 4/30
    ABE 4 pills breakfast/lunch/pre/post
    Titanium 2am 2PM
    Div1 1/1/1
    Others: Green Mag/White Flood/Wraath

    Did shoulders lots of volume, still nursing a sore wrist, but it is a lot better than it was last week.

    Notes: Hunger feeling was there after 2nd dose of ABE. Still not sure if its a slight discomfort or actual hunger pangs. Never figured that out last time either.

    Yeah I figured I would wait a day or two to make sure stomach could handle it. I know sometimes on og AB, if I took it on empty stomach then ate hour or two later, my stomach would blow out lol.
    I see you are running T2 as well. I haven't thrown mine in mix yet, but definitely will

    Day 2 05/1 Dosed 4 spread out again. Today I will do 2 pre.
    Anabeta 4caps, Titanium 4caps, Div1 3caps I always forget the 4th

    Had a quick Leg workout. I had to rush home to watch the Bulls get blown out, what a waste of time.

    Leg Press Sled: 2x15 390 warm up
    3x15 590 wanted to do more but my knees sound like rice crispies
    Leg Press Sled Calf Raises 3x15 590
    2x12 390 one legged
    Leg Extension machine 3x12 205
    Leg Curl Machine 3x10 190

    Elliptical 10 mins level 15/19 burning my legs at that point real bad

    Im in buddy as R1 said i would do 2 pre and 2 post and non workout days 4 spread throughout the day. Also i would throw in the At-2 now and run it for 8 weeks. I wouldnt wait

    Yeah only reason I didn't do 2 pre/2post was I wanted to see how it would affect stomach. Today I am dosing it that way. T2 I will prob start this weekend.

    Lol Captain Obvious, I also need to eat better. That's why I weigh 310lbs. I skimped on cardio last night due to running out of time. Pretty sure I burned more calories doing legs, than I would have doing 30mins cardio though.

    Hey thanks for dropping in. I loved the original so I expect this will be awesome as well. Are you going to run it with Licogenix? Also any word back on the Div1 we were discussing lol. My buddy is doing alternating curls with 65's like its nothing. He started with 50's and he's only 2.5 weeks into Lico/Titanium/Div1 I told him its the fruit smelling ones that are giving him the strength haha

    Dosed ABE 2Pre/2post Almost forgot the ABE so it threw my timing off, I had taken 1.5 scoops White Flood, then 20mins later I remembered ABE
    Titanium 2AM 2PM Div1 1/1/1
    Green Mag/Wraath also taken

    Did a little back and Bi's.. Back has been aching some, so I just did a few exercises

    Alternating curls 1x10 40lbs 1x10 45lbs 1x10 50lbs 1x6 50lbs
    Low row 1x10 190lbs 1x10 220 1x5 220
    Hammer curls 1x10 30lbs 1x10 35 1x10 40
    Lat Pulldown Wide grip 1x10 140 1x10 160 1x6 160
    Bicep Curl machine one arm at time 1x10 50lbs 1x10 60lbs Both arms 1x10 140lbs
    Back extension 3x10 just body weight stretching my back out mostly
    Straight Bar 21's 3x21 I had such a pump it was hard to even lift the bar.

    Elliptical 10mins sprinting (I know halfhuman my big ass needs more cardio lol) Tonight is cardio only I swear

    Notes: Endurance seemed better. I was almost bored and wanted to start lifting more
    Thirst and hunger is going way up
    Strength is finally coming back, wrist is feeling good
    Overall I feel pretty good, does either of the other 2 ingredients in ABE affect mood?

    Also I workout at 6pm eat by 730 ish. Would it be better to do 1ABE AM 2Pre and 1Dinner?

    You might want to go higher on rep range and induce supersets to keep heart rate high. Keep rest periods 30-45 sec in between sets. Especially that your cardio is pretty low lol. Attests you'll burn more calories throughout the workout.

    Yeah I usually super set exercises, depending on what muscle group I'm doing. I will say my downfall is the rest period. I always check emails, texts, etc. I need to leave my phone in the car!

    Lately I have been working everything thing to failure, because I had a 5month layoff from the gym, so I'm trying to get some strength back

    Day 8 Monday
    Didn't get to gym at all Fri,Sat,Sun. However Sat was spent putting in a river rock/paver walkway from me deck to my hot tub. Lots of digging, carrying loads or rocks etc. Nice full body workout.

    Notes so far: Hunger seems more controllable
    I can see green from veins in ares of my chest I have never seen
    Endurance is up
    I had awesome pump from doing yard work

    Thirst is still up, one thing I did was I didn't take time to make sure I was getting enough water on Sat. By the end of day, I was in bad shape.. headache, dizzy, felt nauseous. 3 bottles of water, and 2 Sobe coconut waters later and I was good.

    Day 9 Tuesday.. Anabeta Elite 2pre/2post, Titanium 2/2, Div1 1/1/1 T2 2AM/ 1pm Shift 1 w/2nd T2 pill

    I was geeked to do shoulders, I started sipping 1.5 scoops watermelon WF while getting ready to head to gym.

    Side Lateral/Front Lateral superset 3x12 30lbs
    Face pulls 4x12 65lbs

    From here a really nice guy started talking to me. He asked my goals, what my routine was like.
    Low Pulleys raises 3x12 20lbs really concentrating on explosion/negative

    Now he is telling me about his routine. A push/pull routine that hits muscle groups 2x a week. Was asking what supplements I take, seeing if I want to workout with him and his buddies a few times a week. Not a very big guy, but he works out pretty hard.

    By this time, I had lost focus and my workout was over.

    Notes: From 1st set of raises my shoulders were so pumped i could hardly raise my arms. (ABE+ 1.5 WF)
    Still have that feeling like I haven't ate all day, even after eating. Still controllable
    Still pumped in shoulders this morning 14 hours later lol, even with crappy workout
    Shirts are fitting looser, but tighter in arms
    pants are looser, but scale stays the same
    Diet has been half good/half crappy

    Wed Day 10: I was starving all day. The t2 couldn't stop me lol. I had foot-long smokehouse chicken sub for lunch, dinner i had huge serving of homemade chicken parm prob 1.5 cups of whole wheat pasta. Protein bar, fruit snacks, string cheese. I was on snack attack! Woke up down 2lbs lol.

    Dosed ABE 1AM/2 pre Titanium 2am Div 1am/1 lunch T2 2AM/1pm with shift
    1.75 scoops White Flood

    I took the ABE and WF about 4 hours after lunch. I think 1.75 scoops was too much for me, during a few exercises I kept getting dizzy, and was losing focus. My heart was racing real bad and I had to really try had to control breathing, man that sucked.

    I skipped my 4th ABE, 2Titanium and my last Div1 when I got home, I didn't want anymore pills or anything.

    Workout was kinda crappy due to that:

    Legs focusing on lower weight higher reps:
    Leg curls 4x25-30 130lbs
    leg extensions 4x 25-30 160lbs These two I was just trying to get as many reps as I could
    Leg sled presses 3x12 500lbs Here is when I started getting real dizzy, my breathing was good but when I'd stand up it hit me

    The guy who I talked to on Tuesday showed up, and he wanted to do calf raises with me. I told him I wasn't feeling well but he talked me into it.
    Calf raises on the sled: He starts grabbing plate, after plate, after plate... I get nervous for one I'm dizzy, and 2 my knees sound like rice crispies. I never have gone over 5 plates on each side cuz I'm scared my knee would hurt starting the weight up sled.

    1x12 1020lbs Easy as could be not sure why I never tried to go heavier for calves, he needed me to help push the sled to start him, I was good
    1x12 970
    1x12 920 Here I stopped I didn't want to do more, dude kept dropping weight off and kept doing sets, I went tanning 12mins, came out he was still going lol

    So it was a PR for me.. Not sure if it was ABE related since I never tried that much before. I can say that I could have done a lot more probably. What is avg weight most of you guys do for calves on the sled? Or do most people use barbell for calves?

    *Forgot to mention today legs aren't even sore I need to find a big hill to run

    Me too, I kind of want to run another bottle. But I also just did the Lico, Titanium, and Div1. So that would put me at like 12+ straight weeks on TBoosters anti E etc

    Friday Day 12:
    Did back and Bi's

    Back was nothing special, it has being bugging me lately.
    Biceps I was doing the 55lbs alternating pretty easy, I think I'm getting closer to getting back to the 65-70lb range.
    Did a lot of volume hammer curls, alternating, concentration etc.

    Finished out with some 21's... Or so I thought the guy who I met last week showed up and convinced me to do like 4 more sets with him. My arms were jello.

    Notes: Endurance is crazy good. I feel like I could workout for hours.
    Pump is still insane
    Strength still going up slowly

    Day 13 Saturday:
    Woke up was going to do chest and Tri's. On way to gym my wife and I got our tax bill out of the mailbox and got into argument over the increase in property taxes. By the time we got to gym we were fighting pretty good. She mad the comment good thing you have you keys cuz you're walking home.

    So I left gym on foot and started walking home. I was still on a bike path when I saw her driving down the road. Eventually after 4.5 miles of walking she came and picked me up.

    Notes: Alpha Male status
    Walked out and started walking home Like a Boss
    Had 3 teenage dudes drive by me 2x yelling. I walked into street threw hands up asking for them to turn around (Increased Test lol)
    Cardio walking up hills, through rocky country roads endurance was good
    Had a real calm sense of well being as I was walking home(Not sure if thats AE related)
    Later that night her and I had some horizontal, vertical, sideways, standing, etc cardio (Titanium,Div1,AE related for sure)

    Day 15 Monday So no weights on Saturday due to me walking out of gym and walking almost 5.5 miles home. Sunday was mother's day so I didn't get to gym, and today is my once a month long day at work, so no gym today.

    Notes: Saturday had lunch no dinner really.. Ate a 17" Panino which is a sandwich at local sandwich/pasta place. So 17" of bread, Ham, Salami, Cheese. And Shared a cinnamon bread with icing.

    Saturday night had some fruit and a few donuts (Yup my dieting is my problem) Also had 5 bud light platinum

    Sunday my sister cooked homemade fajitas, fresh salsa, guacamole cheescakes, etc etc etc. Had a few beers and pigged out on chips salsa fajitas etc.

    Woke up today down a pound lol! So the AE must be doing something with my calories
