    Yeah my lower back still hurts. Here is a pick of the walkway my wife and I did. Just need to touch up the mulch area, and some lights and its done. It was from her cell phone, not the best pic.

  8. Wed Day 10: I was starving all day. The t2 couldn't stop me lol. I had foot-long smokehouse chicken sub for lunch, dinner i had huge serving of homemade chicken parm prob 1.5 cups of whole wheat pasta. Protein bar, fruit snacks, string cheese. I was on snack attack! Woke up down 2lbs lol.

    Dosed ABE 1AM/2 pre Titanium 2am Div 1am/1 lunch T2 2AM/1pm with shift
    1.75 scoops White Flood

    I took the ABE and WF about 4 hours after lunch. I think 1.75 scoops was too much for me, during a few exercises I kept getting dizzy, and was losing focus. My heart was racing real bad and I had to really try had to control breathing, man that sucked.

    I skipped my 4th ABE, 2Titanium and my last Div1 when I got home, I didn't want anymore pills or anything.

    Workout was kinda crappy due to that:

    Legs focusing on lower weight higher reps:
    Leg curls 4x25-30 130lbs
    leg extensions 4x 25-30 160lbs These two I was just trying to get as many reps as I could
    Leg sled presses 3x12 500lbs Here is when I started getting real dizzy, my breathing was good but when I'd stand up it hit me

    The guy who I talked to on Tuesday showed up, and he wanted to do calf raises with me. I told him I wasn't feeling well but he talked me into it.
    Calf raises on the sled: He starts grabbing plate, after plate, after plate... I get nervous for one I'm dizzy, and 2 my knees sound like rice crispies. I never have gone over 5 plates on each side cuz I'm scared my knee would hurt starting the weight up sled.

    1x12 1020lbs Easy as could be not sure why I never tried to go heavier for calves, he needed me to help push the sled to start him, I was good

    1x12 920 Here I stopped I didn't want to do more, dude kept dropping weight off and kept doing sets, I went tanning 12mins, came out he was still going lol

    So it was a PR for me.. Not sure if it was ABE related since I never tried that much before. I can say that I could have done a lot more probably. What is avg weight most of you guys do for calves on the sled? Or do most people use barbell for calves?

    *Forgot to mention today legs aren't even sore I need to find a big hill to run

    Me too, I kind of want to run another bottle. But I also just did the Lico, Titanium, and Div1. So that would put me at like 12+ straight weeks on TBoosters anti E etc

  12. Friday Day 12:
    Did back and Bi's

    Back was nothing special, it has being bugging me lately.
    Biceps I was doing the 55lbs alternating pretty easy, I think I'm getting closer to getting back to the 65-70lb range.
    Did a lot of volume hammer curls, alternating, concentration etc.

    Finished out with some 21's... Or so I thought the guy who I met last week showed up and convinced me to do like 4 more sets with him. My arms were jello.

    Notes: Endurance is crazy good. I feel like I could workout for hours.
    Pump is still insane
    Strength still going up slowly

  14. Day 13 Saturday:
    Woke up was going to do chest and Tri's. On way to gym my wife and I got our tax bill out of the mailbox and got into argument over the increase in property taxes. By the time we got to gym we were fighting pretty good. She mad the comment good thing you have you keys cuz you're walking home.

    So I left gym on foot and started walking home. I was still on a bike path when I saw her driving down the road. Eventually after 4.5 miles of walking she came and picked me up.

    Notes: Alpha Male status
    Walked out and started walking home Like a Boss
    Had 3 teenage dudes drive by me 2x yelling. I walked into street threw hands up asking for them to turn around (Increased Test lol)
    Cardio walking up hills, through rocky country roads endurance was good
    Had a real calm sense of well being as I was walking home(Not sure if thats AE related)
    Later that night her and I had some horizontal, vertical, sideways, standing, etc cardio (Titanium,Div1,AE related for sure)

  15. Day 15 Monday So no weights on Saturday due to me walking out of gym and walking almost 5.5 miles home. Sunday was mother's day so I didn't get to gym, and today is my once a month long day at work, so no gym today.

    Notes: Saturday had lunch no dinner really.. Ate a 17" Panino which is a sandwich at local sandwich/pasta place. So 17" of bread, Ham, Salami, Cheese. And Shared a cinnamon bread with icing.

    Saturday night had some fruit and a few donuts (Yup my dieting is my problem) Also had 5 bud light platinum

    Sunday my sister cooked homemade fajitas, fresh salsa, guacamole cheescakes, etc etc etc. Had a few beers and pigged out on chips salsa fajitas etc.

    Woke up today down a pound lol! So the AE must be doing something with my calories

    I would be bloated out like a Michelin man. I may have to think about AE+ in future runs.

    Lol what's bloated? I wish I was skinny enough to feel bloated. It must be that good because drinking beer, and pigging out on cheesecake and chips and salsa, I would usually gain at least some water weight.

  21. Tuesday Day 16: Dosed AE 1am, 1lunch, 1pre, 1post Didn't do 2pre cuz last time I was light headed may not have been AE related
    1.25 scoops White Flood and 1 scoop GM pre. 2 Scoops PW intra

    Went to gym with no plan, since I had missed a few days. Ran into the guy who had me do the 1000lb calf raises. Jumped in with him on some lower weight/high volume 20's lol

    High Cable crossovers 3x20 10, 15, 20lbs
    Low Cable crossovers 3x20 15,15 10lbs
    Bench Press Machine 3x20 85,100,125lbs
    Pec dec 3x20 80,110,125 Somewhere in there the machines I just pop pin in somewhere, never really pay attention
    Side Lateral raises 3x20 20,15,15 lbs
    Front raises 3x20 20,15,15lbs
    low cable delt raise 3x20 15,10,5lbs
    Tri pushdown 3x20 50,60,70lbs
    Rope pushdown 3x20 35,50,60lbs
    Underhand/overhand one arm cable pushdowns not sure correct name lol 3x40 20 palm down 20 palm up 10lbs
    Push ups against smith machine bar 3x20

    Notes: Chest and tri pump was insane Thanks AE and WF and 20's lol
    Scale weight has stayed the same, but a younger kid asked how much weight i have lost in last few weeks. Said he can tell!
    Endurance/focus is insane I would normally get bored doing 20 reps
    Still feel like I have a pump this morning, not too sore though

  22. I normally stick to 8s and my body got conditioned into thinking I want done. Took a while to get used to higher reps. Once I did, I really took a liking to it. Stick with it Cubsfan and good luck !

  24. If weight loss, appetite suppression and increased energy are part of your goals you might want to add Dexaprine to your stack. It's really pretty good stuff. The old stuff was pretty strong. My wife could only take a half tab/day. I haven't tried the new stuff but I hear it's pretty good also. They basically eliminated the 1,3 dime.

    Yeah I never tried the old one. I hate the way 1,3 makes me feel. I used to take the original AMP StimX etc a lot. Then after a trip to ER I laid off stims big time. Now even 2 scoops of white flood makes me dizzy lol
