A little rundown on what to expect in this log. I train in my own powerlifting style 6 days per week. Typically, I am going as heavy as I can, as often as I can. Additionally, I hit cardio 7 days a week, every morning at 3:45 prior to my lift. This is the split I run

Early am stim- Black cats (very underrated imo)
Aminos- Amino energy

As an aside, I have tried DAA before without much luck. In fact, it has typically destroyed my stomach. So this log will be an attempt to redeem DAA in my eyes. I am also interested in bulbine as I have never tried it before
