I am back again!!! Just finished one log this am, and there in the mail I was pleasantly surprised with my Testodrol bottle from Lecheek. A big thank you to them and Marms for this opportunity.

A little rundown on what to expect in this log. I train in my own powerlifting style 6 days per week. Typically, I am going as heavy as I can, as often as I can. Additionally, I hit cardio 7 days a week, every morning at 3:45 prior to my lift. This is the split I run

Sunday: Chest/Tris
Monday: off
Tuesday: legs
Wednesday: back
Thursday: Chest/Tris
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: legs/back

Additional supplements that I am taking
Protein- Protean and Iso-ology
Multi- Orange Triad
Joint- Animal Flex
Early am stim- Black cats (very underrated imo)
Aminos- Amino energy

The log will officially start tomorrow. My question for the LN folks, would you prefer the dosage to be 2am/2pm or all 4 at once. I will follow your protocol. I will update daily, and will have my pre log pic up shortly. It is the same pic from my end of licogenix log from this am :)

As an aside, I have tried DAA before without much luck. In fact, it has typically destroyed my stomach. So this log will be an attempt to redeem DAA in my eyes. I am also interested in bulbine as I have never tried it before :woohoo:

Looking forward to the ride.

this pic taken this am. 5'10.5" 205lbs

The rest of this spot is for a post log pic and final thoughts

Final Analysis 4/28/12

I figured, I would do a final write up now, as I am done dosing as of tomorrow, and I do not believe that 1 more day will show a tremendous difference.

Strength: This is the real shine for testodrol. My strength made steady increases throughout this run, which is very rare for me considering I have been training as long as I have. Rating: 5/5

Body Comp: Did not notice many changes here. Weight started at 205lbs and ended at 207lbs. I am not too sure if that can be attributed to the testodrol or just diet. I try to never let me weight go too close to 210lbs as it negatively effects my back. Rating 3.5/5

Libido: This was an interesting aspect for me. This started out exceptionally high for me, which was great and suprisingly noticeable. However, it did tail off, which I do not think is a major issue associated with testodrol, or that my work schedule was just downright hectic. Rating 4.5/5

Overall: I am always quite skeptical of natty testboosters, and entering this log was no different. I am very pleased overall with how this came out. My expectations were not too high (tbh), but the strength increases really won me over. I would like to see this at a solid price point and with a true 30-day supply, not the 24 at the recommended dosage. Outside of that, I would recommend it, specifically for the older crowd like myself. Rating: 4/5

I truly appreciate the opportunity that Marms and Lecheek provided for me, and I think that this product has a very strong spot in the test booster niche. Good job

Actually for best results we have seen it dosed at 4 caps in AM for first 2 weeks and then 6 caps after that until the bottle is gone. So about 24 day cycle will be perfect!

Nice start man cant wait to see how you like it :)

SOunds like a plan Marms, first 2 weeks at 4, then will hit 6. Should all 6 be in the am?

It's funny you say that. It's a running joke in my house. On a good day I am 5'11". I hate getting older.

My father went from 5'10.5" to 5'8" by the time he died.

There is some orange thing where your face should be. That is just strange. Dang, I mean if I saw that in person I would probably freak out!. I might have to get Scoob and the gang on the case of the mysterious orange headed man!

Rough start

Today was a rough start for the log. It had nothing to do with the supp, it has been that I have been overtraining a tad since i have been off on vacation from work this week. My Monday day off is going to be a very welcome day for me.

Legs:
Box squats *I didnt keep count of sets, just kept moving weights at 2-3 reps per set. I am very fortunate that I was in my powerrack, as my left leg gave on the way down on one of my last sets, thank goodness for the safety bars. Went up to 275 for an easy 3 off the makeshift box
Standing calf raises (5 sets) stayed at 275 for sets of 10

Back:
BTN Pullups (4 sets) 8 reps per
DB Rows (5 sets) 75lbs sets of 12
Rack Pulls (4 sets) 500lbs easy 1 :woohoo:

I was a tad fatigued at this point, as I also did 20 minutes on the treadmill prior to the lift in an attempt to warm up.

Tomorrow I will work chest/tris, and since this was day 1, there is nothing to note just yet

Also, as a good use of my tax refund :) I was able to find an actual squat box that the "big boys" use and found it at a great price. I should have it by next week :)

Worked out a little earlier than expected. Had a nice family afternoon with the dog at the lake so I changed up the time.

Awesome workout, felt very strong

Incline BP (8 sets) 305 1 rep :woohoo: 275lbs 3 reps
Flat BP (5 sets) 315 1 rep
Push press (4 sets) 225-275 5-3-1 rep

JM Press (6 sets) 245lbs 4 reps
CG BP (4 sets) 275lbs 1 rep

Big strength day for me, good pump.

As an aside, my 9 year old came down a benched the bar off the safety pins. Gotta a cool rep with the bar :)

As promised....will upload a pic or 2 of the gym

this is my basement haven. Gotta love the dungeon. There is a little more to it...over 600lbs of free weight (not that I need that) a door to close out everything :), and soon an actual squat box and suspension straps :woohoo:

day off yesterday pays dividends

Really benefited from the day off yesterday. Had some nice energy after 30 minutes of cardio

Box Squats (off bench) didnt keep track of sets but had 30+ minutes going up to 275lbs for sets of 5
Calf raises (7 sets) 275lbs sets of 10

Felt great, had the great jello leg feeling at the end of the workout

Hoping to have my box and suspension straps by saturdays leg workout. The straps are expected by tomorrow. :bigok:

In terms of the testodrol.... still early in the process

Strength is the same....did have a lot of energy however

Vascularity was noticeable, not sure if it equates. I will weigh in tomorrow and see if I noticed a difference.

good back workout this am

after 30 mins of treadmill here were the results

rack pulls (6 sets) 475lbs 3 reps
BB Rows (4 sets) 205 sets of 8
Chins (4 sets) sets of 10

Threw in minor bis work as well.

Hammer curls (4 sets) 60lbs sets of 8 (this is a big # for me)

Some thoughts:
Strength: seems to be improving gradually. The 60lbs hammer curls is big for me, as was the 475 for 3.
Vascularity: Also up and impressive, which will be surprising with my last thoughts
Libido: up (no further comments needed :) )

My diet for dinner was terrible last night. I was starving and we had to stop and get pizza. I am pretty sure that I am holding some excess water today. I weighed in after my workout but also after my morning shake and was 209. That is quite high for me, but I think a lot had to do with dinner.

Had a solid chest and tri workout today. Damn dog got me up at 3:20, so I decided to be productive and hit the treadmill even earlier. Got in over 40 minutes of treadmill time by 4:15 then it was time to hit the weights.

Incline BP (8 sets) 3 sets @ 275 for 3 :bigok:
Flat BP (4 sets) 305 for 2 (a bit fatigued)

JM Press (5 sets) sets at 225lbs for an easy 5 (going to bump the weight up on sunday for these)
French Press (4 sets) 35lbs on each side of Zbar sets of 8

Had a really nice pump overall. I do know I will be exhausted later, but it was a solid workout so I was pleased. Strength seems to be up slightly

Also, reweighed in, and it seems that I am leveling out. Was 206lbs this am which sounds more reasonable.

I would love to have her sleep downstairs (the dog, not the wife..lol) but she is very attached to me more so than anyone else. I rescued her from the ASPCA in December as an older dog. She is a 7 year old beagle who's family dropped her there 1 day after 7 years of ownership. She has become my little shadow. I love that little chubby bugger even if she does wake me up too early

another rough one due to the dog. 3:18 was the wake up today :( Definitely had an effect on the workout this morning, was on the treadmill again by 3:30 (way too early)

Shoulders:
Seated press (6 sets) 3 sets at 175 5 reps per
DB Press (4 sets) 70lbs sets of 8
Shrugs (5 sets) <got to use my suspension straps for these :woohoo:) 405lbs sets of 8

Was downright exhausted and everything was a forced effort. Will try to get to bed even extra early tonight, or sleep in a bit tomorrow.

Awesome workout

Unfortunately the box has not arrived, but I couldnt wait anymore and really wanted to workout

I hit some really nice numbers today, and am alittle surprised considering the nature of the strain of the day

Box Squats (used both a lower box and the 2 in higher bench) off the bench 2 sets at 315lbs 2 reps per :woohoo: the straps offered me a better sense of safety squating outside the rack

Deads hit 425lbs for a very easy 1, definitely had another 10-15lbs in me but decided not to push too hard considering the work previously
BB Rows sets at 205 5 reps
BTN pull ups (4 total sets)

I should be in serious pain later and tomorrow, but totally worth it. This is the first time I hit 425 in a while on deads, most likely since before the internal bleeding fiasco a year ago. Oh yeah :bigok:
