the chest/tri workout started promising. Hit 20 minutes of treadmill to get loose and a good sweat. The weights started flying around easy, had great focus and felt really strong. Took 335 without much issue. However, at the lockout got an odd twinge in my right pec right by the shoulder. I was stupid (as per usual) and went to 345 instead of packing it in. The saddest thing is that 345 felt relatively comfortable The twinge hit hard after lowering the 345 about 5-6 inches. I foolishly tried to work through it with pin press at lighter weights and jm presses.
Not them smartest thing. The good thing is that tomorrow is a nonlifting day and tuesday is legs so I should be ok for a bit. Going to rest it and ice it a little.
