First of all thanks to NattyDisaster, PES, and USPLabs for this opportunity. And of course to those of you who come along for the ride…this is my first log.

Stats:

Weight: 215.6 lbs
Height: 5’11"
BF: unknown but will find out (probably around 22%)
Neck: 16"

Dosing:

Anabeta: 4/day x 8 weeks (1,1,1,1)
PRIME: 6/day x 8 weeks – with no day off (2,2,2)

*purchasing 1 bottle of prime to allow for this.

Diet:

2500-3000 calories
High protein, med fats, low carb
(Saturdays will carb load, possibly Wednesdays too depending on energy levels)

Other Supplements:

NO Products – typically Jack3d but will give a mini review/comparison of any samples I try.
BCAA’s (20-30g) – AI Recovery Pro or Allmax Amnicore
Creatine (5-10g)
Fish Oils (1800 EPH, 1200 DHA)

Workout: LST-7

Day 1: Biceps, Triceps, Calves
Day 2: Legs, Abs
Day 3: Off

Fasted cardio upon rising 6 days / week (typically in the form of a 5-8km jog)

Overall Feeling: Obviously a placebo effect as I felt good all day - new stack is exciting after all.
Aggression: 5 - typically a laid back individual
Energy: 7 - a little more than normal due to excitement of new workout/stack

Endurance: 7 - a little more than normal due to excitement of new workout/stack
Strength: 7
Pump: 7 (the 7 sets for each body part certainly created a great pump)

Overall Feeling: Feel good, but felt completely drained after my workout this morning. Don't think I ate enough yesterday.

Energy: 7 - decent energy, but workout totally took it out of me. Now that I have had lunch I am feeling more energetic again.

Endurance: 6 - ran out of gas a little sooner today

Recovery: 8 - can feel yesterdays workout in my back but not overly bad.. bumped up my BCAA consumption. Spreading an extra 10g throughout the evening.

Appetite: 8 last night I was hungry as hell.

Tomorrow: Day off... Easter.. and a big a$$ turkey dinner... yum!

Overall Feeling: Feeling good, starting to feel 'harder' in the chest.
Aggression: 7 - yesterday is seemed to get pissed off about minor things, not as bad today but certainly different.
Energy: 6/8 - before workout felt very unmotivated...during workout had a ton of energy and thereafter..
Libido: 5
Endurance: 8 - a great workout, lots of energy
Strength: 7 - same
Pump: 8 got a great pump in my biceps during the 7's
Vascularity: 8 alot more vascular during the workout today and fora few hours after... returned to normal this evening though.. love seeing the veins though
Recovery: excellent recover... took a shower, had a shake, some oatmeal and felt great... minimal soreness
Sleep Quality: sleep good
Appetite: this is a strange one.. i get hungry more, but also finding I am craving things...

I would have to say things are starting to take effect....

Easter was awful... Gained 8 pounds over the weekend. Spent 3 hours working it off today.. Hopefully I'll be leaner tomorrow. Mostly water weight but still sucks. I'm on leviathan and hghup and division 1 now.. Next month is Anabeta elite and pro xt 500 and isatest. Will be logging..sponsored by pes and finaflex

What kind of cravings?
I would have to say I'm starting to crave sugars more than anything, and cereal. So I curb it with some natty pb, and usually a thick shake (protein not McDonalds lol)... But I find I can eat like a horse - tonight pork tenderloin, salad, cauliflower till i was stuffed... and 20 minutes later was hungry again..

I hear ya, sweets/ice cream crap like that really gets to me fast...funny thing the sugar makes me feel like crap a few hours later... Have you tried HGH Pro? how do you find it vs HGH Up...

I have noticed it the most in my chest, but also in Triceps..

Did it 'spread' for you?
Yeah shoulders then tris bis nothing really lower body mainly because I don't push lower as hard as upper (starting to change that tho :) )

Endurance: 8 - run was decent, but my leg work albeit long / tiring felt excellent

Vascularity: 7 - veins out in arms while doing legs...hmmmm
Recovery: Good recovery although I think I might have hurt my left ham doing lunges.. but will keep stretching over next couple of days.. not worried..
Sleep Quality: another solid 7 hours...
Appetite: 8 ..hunger/cravings were plentiful.. had a big ass coffee though and that seemed to put them at bay..

Cardio - 7.1km run


Overall Feeling: Decent
Aggression: 5
Energy: 7 feel a little less motivated today
Libido: 5 <-- this sucks!
Endurance: 6 - tank feels a little depleted
Strength: 7
Pump: 6
Vascularity: 6
Recovery: Recovery wise doing well, legs feel as though they are almost recovered
Sleep Quality: 7 hours...doing better in the sleep department, actually had trouble getting up this morning..
Appetite: 7 ... have more of that 'boredom' hunger than the black hole hunger... mind you that normally hits me in the evening after dinner..


So I have been running this now for 10 days. 4 Anabeta per day and 6 Prime per day. I did order another bottle of Prime so I could run both for 8 full weeks. But wondering now if I should switch it up a little, kick up the dosing on both and run say 6 weeks. Or if I should just dose as per label for 8 weeks...

Any input / thoughts are appreciated?

Sorry to seethe libido issues. Dosing protocols can be BITHC to figure out at times, I agoNize over it with my calendar much more than I'd care to admit... I've always found prime worked well at 4 caps a day daily. That makes one bottle last 30 days... I did that for 3 moths on one off back in 07/08.. I dosed 2 caps pre workout and 2 caps with my post workout meal following lean gains. Seeing all this 6/9 stuff is new to me and I never did that... Eating LG, 4 caps was enough..the extra 2 would potentially go to waste in my case, not being taken with much if any food. In your case I would say up the dose to 6 or 8 caps a day. 2 pre workout
2 post workout meal, 2 with a shake/and or before bed. 6 on one off..

Damn, sorry to hear about the libido... Totally opposite of what I'm seeing. Running the 4 Anabeta spread out the day with the Prime at 9 M-F and 4 on Sat & Sun. And I have to agree, dosing can be a beeyotch to figure out. Good luck.

Are Sat/Sun your non-training days? If so if I train Mon-Tues-Thurs-Fri-Sat would i go 9 on those days and 4 on Sun/Tues?

I am only 11 days into it... so hoping next week the libido will wake up lol

Yep, I try to train a 5 on 2 off so 9 M-F and 4 S-S. I usually go over the 'suggested' dosage of other peoples logs due to being much larger than them. The one thing is, is that it takes time to build up in your system. The Anabeta took a good 7 days before the black hole hunger kicked in. It took nearly two full weeks for the Prime to kick in and the only reason I know it did was the frequent erections... I'd recommend running your current stacked dosages for a full two weeks and if you don't like what you see, adjust them. Personally, I would like to run the Prime even higher as I am not fully sold on it's half of this stack but I only have the two bottles to use. Just my $0.02.

Funny you say about a week for Anabeta. It was about Day 7-8 where I was really hungry all of a sudden. Here's to hoping the next 3-4 days brings lots of 'wood' lmao!!!

Day 11: Chest, Triceps

Added to my chest workout today...dont think I should have as I totally ran out of gas and struggled at the end..

Bench Press: 5 x 5
Incline Bench Press: 4 x 8
Superset with Incline Dumbbell Flys: 3 x 10 (added)
Decline Bench Press: 4 x 8 (8,7,5,6)
Superset with Decline Dumbbell Flys: 3 x 8 (added)

** Pec Deck: 7 x 12
Reverse Grip Bench Press 4 x 10
** Triceps Pushdown: 7 x 15



Cardio: 5.5km


Overall Feeling: seem to consistantly just feel good - however there is no 'great feeling of wellbeing' but maybe because this isnt a testbooster.
Aggression: 5
Energy: 7
Libido: 4 still in the tank
Endurance: 7 - to begin with was great, but as workout wore on ... hit a wall.
Strength: 8 - bench went up 10lbs on the 5x5
Pump: 8 great pump in chest
Vascularity: 7
Recovery: will admit i feel very recovered. Hamstring that was really sore two days ago is fine...also feeling recovered from this morning.
Sleep Quality: Have been sleeping well. 5-7 hours a night, with 1 wakeup usually.
Appetite: Feels off the charts... had dinner.. then an hour later had to have some pb on whole wheat toast.. then a shake.. feel satisfied now at least...The appetite kinda worries me, that I will add fat.. need to be a bit more careful i think with all these cravings...

Think that's too much volume for chest.. Fst7 doesn't need to get all fancied up! It's the one routine I have yet to need to tweak! If anything u should add the volume for tri's as shown as simply shredded . Com

Dinner... PB&J on whole wheat... Shake... That combination has been used quite a few times the past 5 weeks on this stack in my house. It does seem to help fill the void a bit.

I couldn't agree more. I was half way through chest thinking what the hell am I doing.. should have stuck with the same workout as last week... and not gone for the supersets.. In the end my decline pressing/flys sucked, and my closegrip bench was brutal.. Will rock it out next go around though.. and will do some reading on shredded, thx

Endurance: 8 - felt good right through till the last calf raise..

Pump: 9 - my chest got a full pump back in it a few sets into back.. and still there.. feels hard as a rock..

Recovery: 7 chest still sore but recovering..
Sleep Quality: Sleeping really good..
Appetite: 8 ... might have to buy a side of beef!!!!

Pump: 9 biggest pump i have ever seen in my biceps..
Vascularity: 8..had some veins popping in my traps when doing shrugs.. admit never seen that before..
Recovery: 9 - excellent recovery from previous workouts.
Sleep Quality: 5 hours, but good and sorta my fault, up to late and woke early.
Appetite: 8 felt the need for a short but decent binge about an hour post dinner...


Tomorrow: Day off

Note: My last two workouts have definitely been better than the first 8....hoping that is a big sign!
