Dropping Fat w/ Licogenix

I was lucky enough to be chosen for round 2 of the Licogenix logging. Big thanks to JD and Athletix! My primary goal is to lose weight and lose more weight. I am currently on a stack of mucinex and nyquil, so it may be a few days before I start the log lol. Somewhere in this log, I will probably add in Titanium/Div 1, and maybe FormulaX, I am still on fence with DAA, since I have anxiety/sleep issues.

Thanks for following. I have started feeling better, still coughing some, but I decided to start Licogenix today. I took 2 caps upon waking. I took a crappy cell phone pic holding the bottle showing that I have lost all definition in my arms. I will try for better pics, if I'm not too embarrassed lol.

Day 1 will obviously have nothing to report. Well except the pills are an awesome color! I am buying 2 bottles of Div1, that I will be adding later, along with either Titanium or Vidatest.

Gym was packed last night. I was able to do a light chest/tri workout, and some cardio. Nothing major. I can't wait till the Licogenix starts kicking in. I took my second dose about 2 hours before bed, and slept amazing. I woke up at 4AM and felt like I had slept all night. Since it was first day on Lico I will assume it was coincidence.

Yesterday was Day 2 of Licogenix. I haven't started counting calories or anything yet. Just been cutting out fast food, and other crappy food that I am addicted too lol.

Decided to do some light leg work, still getting over my illness from last week.

Elliptical 15 min warmup, sprint, slow, sprint, slow, repeat Level 15 out of 19 so pretty high level for out of shape person like me
Leg Extensions, don't remember the weight. Concentrated on high volume lots of negative
Leg Curl machine high volume, real slow, lots of negative.
Leg press machine 340lb that is all that machine allows did presses and calf raises
Leg press sled I got lazy and just put 3 45's on each side and did one legged presses and calf raises
Back to Elliptical 10min

Even though its only been 2 days on Licogenix, they veins on my forearms and starting to show up. No way it could be Lico that fast right?

While I would be hesitant to credit a supplement with much two days in Lico has appeared to have a leaning effect for many loggers so far.

Yesterday Day 3: I want my Back/Bi and Chest/Tri to be this Sat and Sun, so I can get extra time in.

So I just did cardio again. I know, I know cardio sucks. But it keeps me going to gym, otherwise I skip out, and fall into rut.

Elliptical 20mins
Treadmill 10 min highest incline

Dosing Lico 2 w/ Breakfast and 2 w/dinner

Notes: I took garbage out this morning. It was 40degrees and I had on short sleeve shirt. I was sweating just carrying the garbage cans. The increased body temp, reminded me of how i feel on Alpha T2. However, it went away right away.

Also during some late night cardio with the wife, I noticed a grater sensation, and increase in load size lol (To put it nicely)

Again I'm only 3 days in, but having used a crap load of supps over the past 6 years, I can tell when things start kicking in. And from what I can tell Licogenix doesn't take long to start kicking again. It can only get better from here

Could be, I havn't used it myself yet, havn't had the chance, but as you said the loggers have noticed fast leaning effects.

Lol I'd love to see Crazy vascularity. However, I have long way to go. I am happy some veins are showing through my fat.
