Marms Licogenix log plus some (sponsored)

JD and Athletx HUGE thanks goes out from me to you. This was meant to be a Licogenix log but oh no! Yep Im running the whole ATHLETIX line up. I have had the other products from Athletix contests in the past and figured it would be a good time to run them.

I have run the Formula X in the past solo and did have great results for a solo run.

I will be taking 2 pills of each the Licogenix and the Titanium 2 times a day. The Division one will be 1 am 2 at lunch and 1 pm. 2 scoops Formula X pre workout. I guess its a 2fer
Will just be taking staples along with this.

That's the same stack I planned on running. Only thing I am hesitant about is the Formula X. I was excited to run it, then I read about DAA and anxiety. My anxiety at times gets so bad, that I sit up for hours and hours without sleep. Seems DAA might not be for me

I understand the anxiety. I get like that with some products but last time I ran the Formula X solo I had no problems with any anxiety.

That's good to hear.. I might give DAA a try sometime, I will never know if it causes me anxiety unless I try it out.

Yesterday I had a killer massage so today im feeling pretty beat up. Will play the gym by ear the next few days, As I have have a physical and bloodwork tom. morning. (that always kicks my a$$) Why I have no idea.

Diet will be clean and healthy as always and hopefully start AM cardio up late this week.

Training style is not set yet I have been hitting 5x5 for a while and the last week or so light with hight reps. Basically let me get through this week and asses how the body is feeling

No its a 2 year work physical. The blood is basic and its done at work on site.

You know JD, seeing this log got me thinking... I'm about to run practically the same thing. My dad is a doctor... I should get a script from him to get me a blood test... !
