PES Erase Pro + Alpha T2 Log

This is my first time cutting, trying any PES products and making a log. I will be keeping up with the log daily to get some feedback and also keep myself motivated. Any feedback on what I'm doing right or wrong is greatly appreciated. I will be taking PES Alpha T2 + Erase Pro for 30 days. Weight lifting will be 3-4 days a week and will be doing a mix of steady state and HIIT cardio starting off 3 days a week, 30 minutes each. I will also be carb cycling. 4 days of low carb (100g,75g,125g,50g?) cycling and 1 high carb day (250-300g).

Height: 6'2

Day 1 Wednesday March 7th, 2012
Today was my first day of Alpha T2. I won't start taking Erase pro until March 11th. Took my first pill in the am and the second 7 hours later. I'm not sure if it was the warmer weather or AT2 but i noticed sweating much more during my workout today. I also experienced some shin and knee pain. I knew i would probably experience this on erase, but i haven't started taking it. I'm not saying it was from alpha t2 but it was the first time i experienced it in a while.

Workout - Back/Bi's (1 Minute rests between sets)

Pull-ups -3 sets of 10
Close-grip Lat Pulldowns - 4 sets til failure
Hyperextension (lower back) - 3 set til failure
Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns - 4 set til failure (drop set on last set)
Cable Rows - 4 sets til failure (drop set on last set)
Lying Bicep Curls - 4 sets til failure
Hammer Curls - 3 sets til failure
Alternate Bicep Curl (Cables) - 3 Set til failure(with negatives)

Lower carbs will take some getting used to but my mood is energetic and happy.

What are your thoughts on my current protein and fat intake? More protein? Maybe add a half scoop of whey with my shakes and move up to 8 oz chicken breasts?

Protein was never a problem with me on a low carb diet. After the first week I was very lethargic though. That and I had too invest in some stool softner. That may be tmi I know but it was just my experience.

is my percentage ratio for yesterday an ok ratio for cutting? It was 22% Fat/35% Carbs/43% Protein. The carbs % also includes my postworkout shake with carbs.

I personally eat a higher fat percentage, but as long as you're seeing progress, I wouldn't change it.

Day 2 Thursday March 8th, 2012
Today was a lower carb day because it was a cardio day. I did my first 30 minutes session of HIIT. Felt great afterwards. I don't really notice anything when i take alpha t2. I remember when taking animal cuts, I would feel a burning in my stomach 10 minutes after taking the pills. Tomorrow will be my high carb day and also legs and shoulders.

I will be starting DAA and Erase Pro tomorrow. DAA says to take with first meal. I will also be taking erase pro with my first meal. Is it ok to take both at the same time? thanks

Does HIIT 30 mins 3x a week seem like to much? Should i be mixing it up with steady state? I'm going to eventually move to cardio 4x a week.

I like to mix up hiit and steady state, doing hiit on non lifting days. Hiit 3x a week is fine.
Also, you can definitely up your protein, especially on your lower carb days. Looks like a great stack. Good luck!

I don't bother with steady state cardio. If I was cutting and wanted to do cardio it would be HIIT.

Steady state should be done year-round for the health benefits. HIIT and lifting don't have the cardiovascular benefits that you get from you steady state aerobics.

Sorry I haven't been posted my daily logs, my computer crashed and havent had access lately. I will be updating tomorrow.

I used to do some of my cardio post-workout....is this a good idea to do on a cut? For instance, on some workout days i may be consuming 75g-125g of carbs. To prevent catabolism during post-workout cardio, i usually take 5 peptibolic amino acids (Pepto-pro, pre-digested amino acids) post-workout, pre-cardio. Would this be a problem? I have a feeling I'm going to want to up my cardio up to 4-5 times a week towards the end of my cut, possibly 2 cardio sessions on some day. thanks

I would do 6-8 oz with the chicken/steaks. At your weight I'd try to get 190g protein at a minimum, preferably on your higher carb days. Lower carb days I'd say you can go up to 300-350g protein. You don't want your overall caloric intake to drop too low, you want to at the very least maintain the muscle you have while cutting. I'd even switch from white to brown rice.

Yes. I'm on my 5th day of erase pro/daa. I'm slowly updating my logs to current. Definitley notice some definition and libido improvement since started daa and erase pro.

Thanks for the info. I can't do brown rice without gagging unless i add a bunch of brown sugur. I wouldnt think adding surgur would be a good idea. thanks

I weighed myself after my 30 minute HIIT session and I'm down to 180. I look much smaller then I did when I started, I think it's just because of the low carbs. I'm thinking about including toco-8 into my supplementation.

Weighed myself today and I'm at 178. I've lost more weight then I thought it would and still have quite a bit to go before i finish my cycle. I've mentioned before that I look much smaller then usual, but that because im depleted. Libido has definitley increased. I will be traveling for work this week so I'm going to get back and biceps in tomorrow then do cardio while traveling.

Meal have been the same as usual the past couple days. Starting to notice some great definition in my abs do to fat loss. I've definitley lost more weight than i thought and i still have quite a bit to go.

These pics were probably 2-3 week pre-cut. I was around 190 here. This was at the timing when i went from 212 to 190. (no pump)

Still a bit of chest and belly fat. Today was my high carb day (300g). Hoping when im done with the cut and start eating more carbs, everything will look more filled out.

Here are the final pics. I finish Saturday but will be on a cruise so i wont be able to post pics then. Overall, i thought this combo was great. If I could do it again, i may have taken alpha t2 out earlier. I definitley lost a good amount of muscle while on this cycle. I'm thinking about maybe trying andro bulk or mass next month..
