Well, it says one scoop but looking at the ingredient profile, i started with half a sample packet... WOW... in one word "euphoria".
in another word "blissful"... the energy focus and all around great feeling this provides at even HALF the dose is incredible. This product allowed me to get in an extra set of curls and bench press... I got an overall feeling of enjoyment unlike any other pre-workout product i have tried... the taste was also very good but that's nothing compared to what the ingredients delivered. I would most certainly suggest people try this product and i will be buying this product in the future and i rate it a perfect 10/10.
