Ok so back from shoulder surgery and doing a log of Southlands New Recourse. This looks to be promising and I may favorite otc test booster is D aspartic! Solid formula profile and I've used their Revamp and loved it. I will run items as follows:

Recourse: 2 caps 3 x daily

Pes Erase: one capsule 3 x daily

PP Dermacrine: 4 pumps once daily.

I will be doing a ton of cardio as the shoulder hasn't fully recovered, but will be starting up some natalaus and light free weights.

Today hit up 45 minutes cardio on treadmill. For anyone who knows me, I hate cardio. Since coming off surgery a month ago, I had to rehan for 4 weeks. I started back in gym last weekend and been hitting cardio every day. I've now broken through the 240's and down to 230's which I haven't seen in 5-6 years.

Sounds like a killer stack. Never had any water retention from DAA...honestly I did not know that was a possible side from DAA supplementation.

Well it's bc of the increase in estrogen.. So it's only if you're prone to estrogen related sides, water retention being one..

Not any that I can see or tell. I'm doing so much dang cardio lol. Strength is going to take a while since I can still feel the slight pain or discomfort on my shoulder. It doesn't hurt anymore but I can tell when to stop on pushing it. Libido is amazing. I keep waking up with my wife playing with my tent.

I will be getting a call soon for an appointment to see the surgeon, the walk in clinic I went to didn't have the best of news tho, told me back surgery may take up to 2 years to get right now :S Maybe this surgeon can refer me to another surgeon who isn't so busy....fingers crossed I can get this thing fixed.

Keep up the good work, great to see you hitting the weights again brotha!

Facepulls <3

Yeah bro, heretostudy taught me these lol. I'd never heard of them. You take the rope used for tri press downs and place on high pulley. Then you back up some and pull towards your face working your back like never before. I use this in every back workout since learning about them. You can def feel it.

My gym has the TRX suspension straps so I do a similar movement using those. Once the shoulder is healed up completely give it try if you have access to it. How is the shoulder by the way?

It's been getting better bro thanks! I can feel it only on rare exercises. For example presses didn't hurt but I be dang if it did on dip machine. Only in that one spot they took the bone off. Other then that it's getting much better. I'm staying off the bench press only doing machines and db's till I feel nothing at all then I'll go back. Recourse had my agression in kick and been in a good mood every day just wanting to smack the weight room around.
