  1. Following along as well. I just started my bottle of Pure T2 today along with Finaflex PRO-XANTHINE.

    Military press
    135x15
    185x12 (2sets)
    225x7.5

    Dumbell military press
    80x12
    100x8 (2sets)

    Machine lateral raise
    Dunno weight exactly
    Just did a bunch of random sets!

    Cardio
    30min on stepper!

    Swear I need a new shirt to drive home my back of my seat gets soaked in sweat loving it so far and it's still very yummy!

  9. Yesterday was dead lifts!
    Which I haven't done in a good month!
    And also pull ups.

    Dead lifts
    135x10
    225x12
    225x12
    275x10
    315x10
    365x4
    405x2

    Dam was I surprised I could still do 405! Deadliifts were never my specialty!
    405x4 was my old PR. So that's my goal for
    Next dead lift dayyy.

    Pull-ups
    9 sets
    3 different handles
    Each set was to failure

    Cardio
    Stepper- 20mins

    Abs

    Weighing tomorrow!

    Got 2 bench comps in April with a dead lift category as well! So hoping to get my body weight down and my lifting weight up!!!

  15. Solid lifts man..what is your target weight for the bench comp? What do you think your current max is? What is your goal for the comp?

    Most likely I'll be 175lbs pressing 400-405lbs

    390, as of lasts workout, YouTube wowdem101, my 405 video at 18 yrs old is there. I'm still 18 now. But that was 405 with my ass up. Competition form currently is 390

    Usually squat but hit up the leg press since i got deadlifts coming up!!!

    Leg press.
    4 plates (2sets of 15)
    6 plates (2sets of 12)
    7 plates (2sets of 10)
    8 plates (2sets of 8)

    Superset! Walking 40lb dumbell lunges with leg ext!!
    3sets!

    Both inner/outter abductor machines
    5xfailure, each machine!

    Cardio
    30 morning
    30 post

    Abs
    Killer ball abs with resistance
    Weighted twists

    Felt good, morning was a nice 1st time experience of cardio, love to keep it up before summer hits!!

    RAWRRRR ABDOMINALS!!!
