Thank you to Grambo and Purus Labs for the opportunity to use/log the Muscle Marinade and D-Pol stack. It is very much appreciated.

Goals:

I am currently cutting down and trying to maintain a hard 6-pack by the time summer comes around. I am expecting great support from this stack and I will put out 110% to make sure changes to my physique are made during its use. I would also like to maintain as much muscle as possible while cutting and possibly even adding some size to my arms but def not lose any. They are small enough.

Background: I have been lifting for about 12 years seriously. I was previously 285 pounds at my highest weight and have been trying for about the last 3 years to build a low body fat muscular physique. I have a lot of extra skin around my lower stomach which I hope will tighten a little while cutting so my 6 pack can look half decent.

Current stats:

Height: 5'8"
Weight: 202 (in the morning, 205.6 in afternoon)
Body fat: tried my caliper and it was annoying me and I could not get it right. So I'm guessing somewhere around 14% since thats where it was last time I was measures a month ago.
Arms: 16.5" (need these to grow)
Forearm: 13.5"
Thigh: 25.5"
Neck: 17"
Waste: 37" (including love handles, biggest part of my stomach, the entire spare tire).

Will be using this stack later today for my shoulder and trap day. Can't wait.

So I was crazy hype to start my stack today and couldn't go to the gym bc
I found out my uncle was in the hospital. I had to go visit him but he is fine. This took away from my gym time. I will be hitting shoulders and abs tomorrow. I am so ready to get back into the swing of
Things. This last week has been hectic and my diet/gym have been hurting bc of it. Tomorrow is Go time!

Yeah man, I can't wait. Starting with shoulders today. My shoulders have been killing me the last couple months so hopefully this will amp me up to get a better shoulder day.

Crazy!!! I had a great workout. I took the D-Pol 1 hour before workout out with 8oz chicken breast and some vegetable stir fry. I also took a daily vitamin with it. I then took the muscle marinade about 20 min before working out. About 10 min after taking the muscle marinade I could feel my lips and neck start tingling....I love that feeling. By the time I got to the gym my thighs were also tingling. I mixed the MM with 10oz water. It mixed very well with hardly any sediment. The taste was good and strong, in my opinion, at 10oz. I'll try 12oz tomorrow.

Ok. So I always start with cardio to get my blood flowing. I stated at 7mph for a little bit but I felt to good. So I eventually worked my way up to 10.5 and finished 1.5 miles in 10 minutes. I then did a ten minute cool down at about 6mph. It felt great. I got off the treadmill and started my shoulder day.
Shoulder day the last couple months have been mediocre due to shoulder problems. Today I felt like my old self. My shoulders still acted up but I was able to hit weight that I haven't hit since before they were acting up. I got a good pump in my shoulders, nothing crazy but it has been hard to get any pump in them for months.
I also noticed vascularity immediately into my workout. Here Is my shoulder/trap/ab day:

Me especially my left shoulder so some lifts had to be completed at a little lighter weight.

I had energy for my entire workout. I was jumping around to my music and just felt great. That died down after the first hour of my workouts but the energy was still there as well as intensity. I think the combination with the D-pol and Mm so close before a workout just gives a lot of energy and motivation.

Day 2:
Woke up After 6 hours of sleep and was feeling horrible. I had a headache, runny nose, sore throat, groggy, and no energy. I def picked up a cold. I had a busy day at work and when it was almost time for my workday to be over I had no energy for the gym. So about 30 min before the end of work I took my Dpol will a protein shake and a daily vitamin. When I got off work I took my MM with 12 ounces of water. 12 oz was perfect. The taste was still strong, no sediment, and the flavor was enjoyable. I left work and went straight to the gym. I think due to being sick had to do with the fact that I barely got that burst of energy that I had yesterday. I will say that I did get energy for sure because I actually made it to the gym and I lifted the same weights I always do and I pushed myself to go a little heavier on some lifts. I can only imagine if I wasn't sick. My workout consisted of a lot of light headed moments but I was able to bang out a 2 hour session without sacrificing weight and hardly that much intensity, although I had to dig deep to complete this session. Im hoping that I feel better tomorrow. leg day. Today was bicep and tricep day.

Today was a lift day where I feel like I can look any major weight lifter in the face and tell them "I lift just as hard or harder then you." I felt sick to start but pushed myself to every limit fighting back the vomiting. No one in the gym on Super Bowl Sunday, no crowd, no audience, just me and the weights. I had an amazing workout. I woke up feeling worse then yesterday, worked day was long as sucked, didn't feel like going to the gym but the MM and Dpol gave me some energy, more then yesterday. I had that tingling feeling I love so much so I went to work and as hard as I can. I had energy but it was weird bc I also had a headache, got lightheaded during every set, but somehow I got the sets completed. I feel so good and sick at the same time. Can't wait to not be sick and to have a complete workout.

Tonight is Super Bowl and I'm a giants fan. So I will cheat on my diet. My diet has been clean so far upto the pregame shows. I'm at a little over 200g of protein and under 20g carbs. But tonight will be ruined

Day 4...today I'm still fighting off my illness but feeling a little better. Went to the gym and felt the stack working. My shoulders arms and legs are all sore and it's time to hit chest. I had a good chest day. Even with feeling under the weather I was able to lift as much as I usually do. I def think while I'm trying to cut with this stack, I am not going to lose any strength even while taking very low carbs.

I've noticed my pumps are good but not crazy. Vascularity seems more visible.

Just a pic of the weight from the last set of T bar rows. This is what is used for my 1 arm barbell rows as well. It looks like another 25lb plate can for in the end of that barbell but it's an illusion, it is stacked.

Day 6...long 13 hour workday and it sucked. Outside in the snow all day. No energy for the gym and lack of time as well. I decided to take the stack and hit the gym for a quick shoulder and ab workout. Stack gave me energy and vascularity was great today. Did a quick 50 min workout all shoulder workout superset with an ab workout. No time to log my workout but it was not to crazy or to heavy.

Man, lately my diet has been simple and easy.

Before work I take a 40g vanilla shake with cinnamon and water.

Then I get 4oz of lean turkey breakfast sausage (home made, well seasoned myself) along with 1 cup of liquid egg whites.

Next meal is either the same as above or a protein shake depending on work schedule.

I eat 8oz of lean turkey breast with green beans or broccoli. Or 8oz chicken breast.

Next meal is a shake

Then I'll do another 8oz turkey or 8oz of lean beef, 4g fat per 4oz beef.

And then end my day with a protein shake.
I eat about 4 shakes a day bc my work schedule gets crazy and it's easy and fast.

That usually ends my day. Sometimes I throw in some peanut butter somewhere in there and sometimes I eat some muffins to keep me sane which bumps my carbs up. I also try and eat veggies with every meal even my shakes. But this is pretty much what I eat on average.

Day 7....today was a rest day. Have a long weekend ahead of me and will be out of town so I am hoping i can find time for a workout tomorrow. Hoping I can keep a half decent Diet as well. We shall see. Little higher carbs today due to lack of meals while working a 13 hour day. I Gave into some cravings.

Midsection looks the same iF not worse due to bloating. I ate a lot of refined carbs yesterday before bed and it Shows. Hopefully get to the gyn tomorrow. I'm out of town so it's hard.

Made it to the gym so I'm Happy. Did a great bicep tricep and ab workout. . Vascularity was crazy and so was the energy. I drank last night so the MM def kicked in today since i have a slight
Hangover. Im feeling good but diet is horrendous.

Day 10 and 11

Yesterday was a rest day as well as another day of stuffing my face. I went on a weekend getaway and did my best to eat as clean as possible but it was a wash. I enjoyed myself and probably set myself back a couple days but it was a good mental break. I did not have time for gym this day due to traveling.

Today I was extremely tired due to drinking all weekend, bad diet, bad sleep and also only getting 5 hours of sleep last night. I took the MM before the workout and it was able to get me through with great energy. Not Only did I have energy but I had
Great pumps in the gym. Let day, first lift was leg extensions. The warm up set sent so much blood to my quads, it was crazy. My legs just felt huge the rest of the workout. I went lighter weight today on my legs for squats. I concentrated on getting each rep below parallel, actually sitting on my calves for
Each rep. My last set of squats were 315 for 10, slow, low, and precise. My legs were dying but I had to hit hack squats. Went up to 405 for 8, regular speed but getting as low as possible. Did several other workouts but these were the killers. Also hit as and a good 40 min of cardio. I want to take progress pics at the end of
This week. Got a couple obligations this week that will mess with my diet but I'll do my best to keep up with my progress.

Day 12...chest day today. Had a good pump in the chest, nothing to crazy but def more then before taking the stack. Vascularity is always pronounced during my workouts lately. Making good progress.

Day 13...today was not supposed to be a rest day but ended up being one. I had off
From work today and the wife wanted
Personal time which means going out to breakfast and hanging out all day. So needless to say I had some high carbs today as well as bad fats but I'll end up with 250-300 grams of protein. I want to carb deplete and get some good cardio in the next couple days. Been very busy lately so it's hard.

My body bloats very easy and I put on weight extremely fast. The way I have been eating and drinking lately would usually have me far gone but my body is holding on pretty well and still looking fairly cut. I think the Dpol is def helping with keeping my body harder and more defined. But tomorrow I'll get back on my grind and get some results by the end of this log.

lmao exact opposite of wat i do. shoulda brought her to the gym. im noticing myself that dpol is helping a lot with vascularity. im pickin more up next month, gonna become a staple for me

Yeah I'm liking the Dpol too. My vascularity is def showing up more and when I flex while pumped or performing chest exercises I can see striations in my inner chest. The striations are def a new thing for me.

Day 14...

Did a total of 35 min of cardio and a 50 min shoulder/trap workout. Good day overall. Diet is still not perfect but it is better. My protein was Around 260 today and my carbs were prob at around 20
Before I decided to eat a couple scoops of ice cream. Overall not a bad day. Need
To get my diet better but it's not to bad now. I have a dinner to go to tomorrow so let's see how that works out. Liking the Dpol. I had a pretty decent workout and diet day yesterday and today wasn't to bad and the mirror is starting to be my for friend again. I'm not where I was but I think that's just a couple days away.

Went to a dinner party and ate everything I saw not to mention the two entire boxes of girl scout cookies I ate at during work. I guess the only good thing is that I def got around 300g of protein today. I actually weighed myself before and after the dinner party. I put on 4 pounds while there. Sure it's mostly, water, beer, and food. It's all good back to the gym tomorrow for legs.

i no what u mean man, when them girls come around my neighborhood during the summer, my wallet goes empty in a matter of seconds and the waist line increases a size

Day 16...leg day. Killed legs today hit 50 min of cardio as well. Just been in a slump diet wise. Another Horrible day for diet.

Yeah my diet has been awful the last couple days but the workouts have been great. I've noticed that on this stack my pumps on leg day are ridiculous. As far as body fat I may be less now then when i started but who knows if I'm using that caliper correctly. Ill try and recalculate at the end of the stack. Hopefully my diet gets right soon so I can actually show results.

I feel you here. It was just my Bday weekend and I'm feeling like sh1t after drinking, eating and not sleeping properly for 3 days. Time to get back on track!
