Thank you to Grambo and Purus Labs for the opportunity to use/log the Muscle Marinade and D-Pol stack. It is very much appreciated.
Goals:
I am currently cutting down and trying to maintain a hard 6-pack by the time summer comes around. I am expecting great support from this stack and I will put out 110% to make sure changes to my physique are made during its use. I would also like to maintain as much muscle as possible while cutting and possibly even adding some size to my arms but def not lose any. They are small enough.
Background: I have been lifting for about 12 years seriously. I was previously 285 pounds at my highest weight and have been trying for about the last 3 years to build a low body fat muscular physique. I have a lot of extra skin around my lower stomach which I hope will tighten a little while cutting so my 6 pack can look half decent.
Current stats:
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 202 (in the morning, 205.6 in afternoon)
Body fat: tried my caliper and it was annoying me and I could not get it right. So I'm guessing somewhere around 14% since thats where it was last time I was measures a month ago.
Arms: 16.5" (need these to grow)
Forearm: 13.5"
Thigh: 25.5"
Neck: 17"
Waste: 37" (including love handles, biggest part of my stomach, the entire spare tire).
Will be using this stack later today for my shoulder and trap day. Can't wait.
