  3. Its bad enough the 100 LB DB's at my gym are busted up. If i want to go big on my DB flat bench i got to grab the 105's or 110's. LoL yes i'm that guy who writes in his complaints on the comment cards at my gym. I skipped the gym today had to get the house ready for the super bowl party me and my wife throw every year. Still took my morning dose on an empty stomach the taste is getting easier but still funky aftertaste. I feel like the COP and CM in it has been helping my cardio. I'm liking it so far.

  4. I know I'm late to the party but I'm I'm for this. Very curious about this product because I need caffeine free pre and was really considering this bad boy. Had fun with ultra reps but it's time for a change now.

  5. Day 11 - Yesterday was an off day i decided to keep this week down to 5 days and not 6 to better recooperate. And me and the wife got bad news that one of her uncles was in the hospital with a blood infection so needless to say spent a good part of the day there. But i got to my workout in before we had that news.

  6. Day 12 - Todays workout i just felt lethargic its one of those days that i really craved the use of stims. Its transitioning from evening shift to morning shift thats just a killer on me. And staying up watching UFC tonight won't help tomorrow, but i plan on taking SuperBowl Sunday off and just eating good food and drinking a beer.

    I was trying to get in as many lifts as i could tonight but i just couldn't keep pushing tonight i think i waited to long to get in the gym. I'm loving BodyForge right now, thinking CryoShock would been better dosed as a preworkout, with BodyForge as a postworkout. That way i could get the stims even though sometimes we all need a break.

  7. I want to try stacking CryoShock and BodyForge, this would also make the tubs last longer since you would not need as much of either product.

    Yah you could use CryoShock as your preworkout on lifting day and do BodyForge as a postworkout. Or just do Cryoshock as your preworkout on lifting days and use BodyForge on off days so your not over doing the stims. Honestly CryoShock on the samples i've taken so far had a good energy to it, not over the top like N2KTS stim wise but you get the drive and focus.

  9. Day 14 - I'm enjoying this product woke up really groggy had a horrible nights sleep before work so i popped a SlimFX for some added energy to get through my work day. It gave me just enough so i wasn't totally stimmed out which was good trying to take some time off them thats why this log was perfect.

  10. Day 15 - Noticed on my workout days i see more vascularity coming out which is nice. Still see the muscle fullness from the creatine, I'm definetly more bloated though i'm still maintaining at 175 but its okay i'm not worried about it.

  14. Skipped yesterdays workout had to go to my wife's cousin senior night at his basketball game, so it is what it is.

    Couldn't get the reps up today my back is definitely my lagging body part so i'm trying to get stronger there. I dunno how much time i'll have tomorrow so i'll probably bust out the Bulgarian Training Bag and use that for a nice cardio workout.

  15. I skipped today but i went yesterday so i'll post that workout up. Wasn't that great had a old friend come into town so we spent more time screwing around than lifting but i still got in a solid workout.

  16. Not much to report today, long day at work 10 hour day, but i still hit the gym did a light workout nothing real focused was kind of in a daze this whole day. But i'd rather go to the gym and workout than not go.

  18. Workout - I feel lethargic today and my cardio seriousy stunk but like you Luke i blame the weather and how busy i been lately. But i'll keep pushing through. Loving BodyForge so far though, muscle fullness from the creatine with good endurance with the CM and COP.

    Cardio - 2 miles in 17 minutes. Just felt slow and was hard i just need to buckle down and get things done.

  21. Today was my last servings of BodyForge i ran it at max dosing, 2 scoops 2 times a day. Was another cardio day i been just doing cardio last 2 days cause saving my body for tonight. Have a bunch of friends coming in for a wedding and it always end's up in the gym seeing who can lift more now.

    Cardio - 2 miles - 16 minutes
