My stats are relatively the same from the last log (6'1 191lbs 12-13% BF), I feel like I've leaned up slightly more (nothing dramatic by any means). I've been dosing Ursobolic with success (especially considering the massive eating I did over holiday) at 12caps/day so I'll be continuing that throughout this log.

I want to improve my lifts while maintaining current body composition or bettering it. If I could get sub 190lbs via FAT loss I'll be extremely stoked. For this reason, I may add Alpha-T2 into the mix near the end, but this is not certain yet.

Training and Diet will be logged here as well as thoughts of Erase Pro and my life in general (a diary for you fine people to read :p).

Notes: Just got back from the gym. Great first workout (not attributed to Erase Pro as it was only the first dose). My mouth has been dry. Other than that, everything is normal.

On average, I've been eating less than my usual diet lately and will probably be keeping it this way throughout my Erase Pro run. Went and got a 10lb bag of chicken breast from Sam's Club last night to add to the overwhelming amount of protein I have already (never can have too much good food right?).

I'll post the calories/macros of the day at the end, along with training.

Went a little overboard with the Fats this day. Had two avocados and some extra peanut butter instead of the one avocado and 2 tbsp of peanut butter. Training was good. Craze kept me in the zone. No Erase Pro effects noted, yet.

As you can see, I eat less on off days. Day 1 I ate a little out of my usual macros with the extra Fats.

On a weekly average, I'm going to try to shoot for 2400-2600 calories with at least 1.25-1.5g of Protein per body weight.

Still no Erase Pro notes. I'll post today's nutrition tonight or tomorrow. It'll be similar to Day 2.

Yeah? Hate when that happens. I won't be using it with Erase Pro, but it'll be used in months to come.
Yea I would have def used it eventually! But log had to be in feb or march. O well

I factor these into my overall calorie count and limit to 1 a day so no biggie. I realize you're just pulling my leg (taking the piss? is that what you people over there say?) but I figured I may as well clear the air ;)

I gave someone a hug yesterday and they immediately responded "Wow, you're like a brickwall." Ego boost +5. When I got to my apartment from being on campus, I noticed some nice vascularity (way nicer than usual). Also, my muscles just looked hard and dense. I think this stuff is kicking in :D

Nope. If that helps with any problem areas, then I'll definitely start incorporating them in my workouts.

Yea. I mean I'm not criticizing .. Just critiquing. It's your workout n body so do your thing u know. But just IMO front delts n upper chest will really help make everything symmetrical. Exercises to consider:

Chest/delt
Incline bb press
Incline db press
Incline db/cable flyes
Bb upright row

Pure shoulder iso:
Db/cable rope front delt raise

The beauty of those first 4 is they will really hit both delt n upper chest nicely.. I'd say pick a press do 4 sets, pick Thr fly or upright do 3-4 and chsbge things up every 2 weeks

Quick question guys:

Yesterday this fever blister (cold sore) popped up on my lip. I haven't gotten one of these in a few years so I immediately was trying to figure out what the hell caused it (I realize these can just pop up randomly) but I read that Arginine could increase probability of one surfacing. Isn't agmatine directly related to arginine? I'm thinking of just discontinuing agmatine until this subsides. I just wanna know if that's a ridiculous idea or what.

Not at all.. I used to get cold sores as a kid all the time. Now I will get them on n off.. Really hit or miss when taking arginine products.. I am 5 days into agmatine n felt a tingle bit nothing came of it.. The product I'm taking (prometheus rising) says 5 on 2 off , it's daa, ag, coleus, sodium alpha lipoic... Maybe u wanna drop ur dose to 5 on 2 off for the ag??

Nice. Actually I'm 15 days in today. I need to post up Wed/Thurs/Today's nutrition and training. I'm really dry and muscle hardness is quite nice, nothing more outside of that. I do have a second bottle that I'll be running.

Also, I felt sluggish again in the gym like I did Monday. I looked at my nutrition log and saw that over the past two weeks I've only been average 180g of carbs (37g being fiber). I feel like that may be something to look into. I'll still be attempting to eat less carbs on off days but still a sufficient amount. Strength hasn't dipped any but the ability to keep pushing has slipped.

Wednesday and Friday I was feeling extremely sluggish in the gym. Strength was there but the energy was just gone. Like I was mentioning earlier, I came to conclusion Friday after the gym that it was my low carb count I was averaging over the past two weeks (less than 200g with 40g being fiber).

Friday and Saturday, I over ate quite a bit but I'm not too worried about it. If anything it was probably needed with all things considered. I woke up this morning and I look just as lean as I did before these two overeating days. In fact, I feel I look fuller.

I'll be taking pics again at the end of the 4th week mark and lastly at the end of the 8th week. I have AnaBeta and AlphaT2 on the way to add in the final 4 weeks.

Had a bit of a gaff on Sunday with my calories. Didn't quite get around to eating everything I needed to with the SB going on (Wasnt gonna eat the junk that was served). Down to 191.9 so ~2lbs loss. I know physical weight isn't the greatest means to be going by alone but the fact that I've dropped 2lbs and look leaner leads me to believe (at least I hope) that I've loss some fat.

Performance in the gym is headed back up. I've been supersetting this past week to try something different while I find a new routine. I have the Blueprint from mixelflick but I'm not quite ready to take that on in the middle of erase pro.

Thursday someone who doesn't see me all that often said I was looking "more streamlined." I have no idea what the hell that means exactly, but they said it was a good thing. Perhaps it was their method of saying I look leaner? Which I don't think I was anywhere near being large enough to considered much else. 210 (with the same or less bodyfat) is my seemingly long term goal to get to.

It's been a hectic last week but I'm finally back at my apartment. I've been working diligently on this writing that I originally started in my spare time and it has ended up consuming quite a bit of time. Then I went to visit my best friend at his school so I haven't had much time to get on the boards.



I finished the first bottle of Erase Pro on Friday. I'll take pics and upload them tomorrow. I'm going to try and get all my nutrition and training up from the past week.

Then I went to visit my best friend at his school so I haven't had much time to get on the boards.

I'm a writer/editor (journalism major/ criminal justice minor) trying to be a cop.. So close actually.. What r u writing?

Really? That's an interesting combination. Have you been through any of the academy training yet? Any specific field of journalism that interests you? I thought about delving into a minor for journalism sophomore year, but I was already double majoring.

and It's just a short story that was once something I turned in for one of my creative writing classes. It was condensed and over Winter break I felt it had potential to be a piece I could really polish into something submittable. It's really nothing more than that, but I've just gotten wrapped up in it lately with the feedback I've been getting serving as motivation.

I usually start these projects and quit half way through, but I figure if I start sending it out and talking about it more, I'll feel more inclined to finish.

Nice. No. In CT you have to get hired before you go thru the academy. I'm currently very high on 3 town hiring lists and the state police .. Now I just wait for my name to reach a spot where they need another hire.
