Hey guys first off id liek to thank AI and especially John Smeton for letting me log this product. I had heard great things about this product and seen my boy TINY make some awsoem gains with it. Needless to say i am so pumped (no pun intended haha) to start this product Up until now i have been using slin sane so I will also compare my results with slin sane with my results with glycobol

today was myfirst day back on a typical odybuilding diet, have been doing lean gains for a while now....i liked it but i wanna see how a constand intake of calories helps my gym performance instead of usually training fasted......i noticed today i was hungry alot which sucked dunno if its with teh rises and fall of insulin cause of more meals or simply my metabolism goin nuts. Im at 3300 calories on lift days, and "off" days will vary....tomrorow is an off day but i will be doing abs and calves and porlbably some cardio so cals will be around 2800...only about 100 carbs and the rest from fat and protein.

I also plan to carb cycle and try to put my high carb days (350) on leg days, which will be sunday! moderate carb days are 200 and low are 100.....proteins hel steady at 290 and fats will in the rest!!

look forward to bulking up!

otehr supps i will be taking include lclt, CEE and will be switchign between craze, supersize, wyed and whati have left of some lit up as well as some sample packs for pre workout.....intra workout i will be taking either recoverpro, extend or strive which i have heard great things about, also taking just aplain centrum multi, glucosamine, and a varying aboutof fish oils....i get the majority of my fats from olive oil

Sounds fine.
Lot of people dose the G Bol with about 50g carbs and use 1 cap with that amount allowing more flexibility with use through out the day.

Well i would take it with a ton of carbs like around 100+ at least with the exception of a few occasions. I would also take it mid way through the meal or shake because if i took it after i would get a heartburn style feeling in my throat.

See he has low carb days as well...

I tried it in the middle and right before as well.

so far ive been dosing right before.... ill probably stick with that.....andsince tomrorow is a high carb day ill prollly take 2 with breakfast and another 2 after my postworkout shake which has fast carbs..........i figure my body will absorb those fine right after the workout adn then ill take the glycobol with the post workout meal......

Yeah.
Just play around with it, try before meals, during 20-30 before.

With them suggesting 4 caps a day it gives greater flexibility to use 1 cap each meal... Think most I've used is 6 day.
I abused that stuff mane.

Read up on this before and can't quite remember.
Think the BMOV was slightly toxic but that's built up over time.

Like anything I would say 2 bottles back to back and a month or 2 break.

first off, id liek to say i relaly have no idea how to pose but i tried lol, second of all....i know i got alot of work to do, like i said i used to be pretty big (college football player) had gotten very sick and was down to about 110 lbs in the hospital witha bunch of hs goin on, slowly im back up to about 145 and looking to gain as much lean mass as posssible, glad tohave everyone following and look forward to making some good gains!

I'm can't say what to do besides increase carbs and Cals a lot.

190 and guess I'm about 15%, but others told me I don't look as high as 15 so
I'm not sure lol.

picked up sum vpx syngex or w.e its called on the new years sale and hav e a little left over isoflex isolate, cant have gluten doc says for not (not allergic but i ahve intestinal issues) so cant relaly take any gainers

alright, so i figured today woul be a great ay for glycobol to shine and i believe it did. High carb and leg day.....here's a breakdown of the diet carb wise

100g with breakfast with 2 glycobol (load up the glycogen)
60 g pre workout meal
75 g immedietely post workou from runts candy and carbolyn (awsome stuff)
85 g post workout meal from vegges sweet potatoe, rice and beans with 2 glycobol
another 30 before mostly from veggies

in regards to the wrokout, the pumpwas definitely better, now i cant completely say its jsu the glycobol or simply the fact i had 160 g carbs in me beofre i lifted, with IF i was usuall ytraining fasted but een when i did have a pre wokrout meal, pumps werent as good

pumps were horrible (in a good way) a tthe very end when i tried to do drop sets on leg extension.....literally like couldnt take it, also got a good pump doing walking lunges which usually doesnt happen. I also noticed that i had lots of energy throughout the workout, i didnt really get that like tied or lethargic feeling that tended to happen when i was trining fasted

so far so good with glycobol.....tomrorow will eithebe back or chest depending how my tris feel (still a littel sore from arm day a few days ago) and a moderate (200) carb day

i woudl also like to note that i am sleeping better which is suprising, im taking ZMA glutamine and GABA before bed and seems to be woking pretty well hopefully it continues!

Nothing wrong with it, just shocked u were the 1st that I've seen mention on a forum.

Damn man you're lean as fook! Perfect settings to watch your body transform too, reminds me of how lean i was back when i was big into cardio.

-even at that I wanted to put on weight cause I hated being sick and not eating....

Most of the guys who come into my gym look like i do in that pic and i tell them to pound down 4-5k calories, train hard and STICK to it because i kept at it for 6-7 months straight i put on almost 100lbs for crying out loud and even there when i had more fat on me my strength was 2-4x on what i used when i started!

Word. Yeah I haven't been lifting long. when I first started everything sucked. I gained a solid 20 pounds in 7 months or so.
Anyways yeah I'm hit the Cals up more and try to add on more weight this year.

well today was chest/bis.....was not mentlaly there for most of the workout unfortunately....i relaly want to work on my chest and tend to have a hard time with the mind muscle connection on my chest and my tris take over, today was ok in tha tdepartment but i seemed to be acking sumthing, its hard to explain, maybe my woel boy was jsut shot after yest. hard leg workout.....it did pick up at the en and id say the bi workout was pretty goo although it was short........

it was a moderate carb day with glycobol 2 pills with about 50 g carbs for breakfast and another 60 or so post workout and the remaning carbs spread out throughout the day

tomorrow will be a back day with high carbs looking forward to a good back workout with lots of carbs in me, prolly wont hit deads though cuz my legs will msot likely still be prettty sore otmorrow, but well see

first vlog session will probably be shot friday.......and i think cals are going to be increased to 3500, jsut playing with #s right now (if i wanna keep 100,200,350 on carbs and jsut add in more protein and fat)

ok so its official, if u didnt already know, glycobol works....bottome line, i went into my backworkout yest and got some crazy ass pumps in my back, never get that. I was getting pumps from the frist exercise which i was doign for power (6 reps), rack deads then "power" pull ups, cuz i can only get around 5-6 good reps, 4 sets, but my lats felt huge. Then did some bent over rows, some underhand grip pull downs, and got probably the best pumps ever from low grip cable rows ive ever had, and still had energy to keep goin (not gonna lie I did alittle more too haha)

HOWEVER....i dunno if its due to eating more small meals "stoking my metabolism" but ive lost about 1.5 lbs :-( not happy so after today (offf day) cals will be up to 3500 hope this helps cuz im sick of being small!!!!

Dude it works 100%, i mean i held nothing back and devoted myself to just putting on weight and gaining strength. When people deny it works they need to look at my pics! I still haven't even used a PH for crying out loud! People really under-estimate what you can do naturally it's just ridiculous how many people aren't willing to do what it takes. In fact, when i do decide to start a PH/AAS i will absolutely guarantee you people will credit all my gains to it, but in reality i will be pounding down 7-8k calories. It's all about desire, how bad you want it. If you want something bad enough you will try to find a way to get it and i'm not talking about drugs.

my problem is i keep reading articles about how if u put on too much fat in the offseason its jsut that much harder to get lean ....... so im very cautious

Yeah the more you train the more you have to eat to gain weight too, It's really not that hard to lose fat either but it's hard to gain muscle! Think about that...

another solid workout today...i was really focused tday for sum reason....i relaly like trianing in a hoodie....its like i have blinders on and can jsut stay focused better........great pumps goin on again...and feel liek i did more work even with less sets so it feels good, tomorrow iwll be a big shake with aroudn 100g carbs before a nice leg workout....cant wait to see what that feels like........btw tomorow is my bday !!! ;-)

well yesterday was my birthday...worrke all day and night....except for in between the 2 jobs i was able to treat myself to a nice bday present....killer leg workout...........I tried a new strategy today, sipped on my fast carsb and aminos throighout the workout to see hwo if effected my wrokout. Felt great all the way through and my leg workouts are usually kinda long...also recovery seems better tdoay, althoguh i also popped a sample of hghpro before bed and we know hwo great that stuff works :) normally the legs get more sore the 2nd day so we will see tomorrow........today was an off day jsut did sum cardio and got all carbs from veggies and dairy today, tomrorow will be a high day again arb wise and then a chest workotu where i will sip on carbs throghout again and hopefully get a sick pump!!! cnat wait!


quick uestion....anyoen that has used glycobol what is the minimum amount of carbs ud say u coudl get away with on 1 pill? or shoudl i say the most amount of carbs? i want this bottle to last me .......on my high days i usually do 2 pills with 100g carbs once for breakfast and once post workout.....but on my moderate days , my most carbs in one meal are usually only 50 g, was htinkin of jsut doing 1 cap in thosse meals
