I have only ever used Natadrol and IGH-1 out of these products so I don't know what to expect. Natadrol was great for my strength levels last time but I didn't achieve any noticeable muscle gain with it. Goals:
Muscle gain, strength gain. Any fat loss is a bonus but I am definitely not cutting. I just like to stay lean.
Training:
I alternate high volume hypertrophy/fat loss phases with intenstification programmes aimed at neural strength. As I am a little on the light side for me at the moment I will be working with high volume to start with for muscle growth. I might finish in a neural phase to try and take advantage of the strength increases I get from Natadrol (assuming this will still be the case).
Nutrition:
I am gluten and soy free and the only dairy I use is whey protein. I am low carb 90% of the time apart from post workout and one evening in every 5. I might change this routine depending on how my body composition changes. If I want to put on muscle faster I will make this more frequent, if I want to drop fat I will make this less frequent. Most of my meals will revolve around meat, fish, vegetables, nuts, seeds and fruit.
Supplements:
- BCAAs intra workout
- EAAs on occasion between meals
- Dextrose and maltodextrin post workout
- Whey post workout and first thing in the morning
- Creatine monohydrate
- Psyllium husks
- Caffeine (pre workout)
LG supplement regime:
- Natadrol 2 capsules 4 times per day, 8 in total
- Substerone 2 droppers 5 times per day, 10 in total
- IGH-1- 5 capsules prior to bed (I didn't notice any effect taking this pre training previously)
- NO Infuse- 10 sprays pre training. I will experiment on this dosage.
- Form-X 2 capules 3 times per day, 6 in total.
I will run the Form-X from the beginning as otherwise I will have a 30 day log extension on a DAA based test booster which will be dull as hell for everyone else to read lol.
