LG Sciences had a promotional giveaway for a huge stack, I was the lucky winner so here is my log!

The stack contains (was adjusted after I won to lower the high cost of international shipping);
- 2 x Natadrol
- 2 x Form-X
- 2 x Substerone
- 2 x IGH-1
- 1 x NO Infuse
- 3 x samples of T-911

Thanks to Cassie for being the middleman and getting everything sent out.

Starting facts:

I have only ever used Natadrol and IGH-1 out of these products so I don't know what to expect. Natadrol was great for my strength levels last time but I didn't achieve any noticeable muscle gain with it. Goals:
Muscle gain, strength gain. Any fat loss is a bonus but I am definitely not cutting. I just like to stay lean.

Training:
I alternate high volume hypertrophy/fat loss phases with intenstification programmes aimed at neural strength. As I am a little on the light side for me at the moment I will be working with high volume to start with for muscle growth. I might finish in a neural phase to try and take advantage of the strength increases I get from Natadrol (assuming this will still be the case).

Nutrition:
I am gluten and soy free and the only dairy I use is whey protein. I am low carb 90% of the time apart from post workout and one evening in every 5. I might change this routine depending on how my body composition changes. If I want to put on muscle faster I will make this more frequent, if I want to drop fat I will make this less frequent. Most of my meals will revolve around meat, fish, vegetables, nuts, seeds and fruit.

Supplements:
-
BCAAs intra workout
- EAAs on occasion between meals
- Dextrose and maltodextrin post workout
- Whey post workout and first thing in the morning
- Creatine monohydrate
- Psyllium husks
- Caffeine (pre workout)

LG supplement regime:
- Natadrol 2 capsules 4 times per day, 8 in total
- Substerone 2 droppers 5 times per day, 10 in total
- IGH-1- 5 capsules prior to bed (I didn't notice any effect taking this pre training previously)
- NO Infuse- 10 sprays pre training. I will experiment on this dosage.
- Form-X 2 capules 3 times per day, 6 in total.

I will run the Form-X from the beginning as otherwise I will have a 30 day log extension on a DAA based test booster which will be dull as hell for everyone else to read lol.

Ok, I started this a few days before my log began but due to 'unfortunate circumstances' was unable to start the log. Here is a little mini update from what has happened as well as some initial thoughts.


- For anyone worried about the flavour of Substerone, there is nothing to worry about- it tastes quite pleasant.
- NO Infuse absolutely stinks of alcohol, I applied it in the office earlier and my colleague who was about 4 feet away from me said something like "oh my god, it has gone in my mouth!" It is quite watery rather than applying a cream, it absorbs quickly with a little sticky residue left afterwards.
- Three out of the last 6 mornings I have woke up with an erection which was much harder than usual. I often do not wake up with one at all so this was noted.
- IGH-1 at 5 capsules pre bed hasn't had any immediate effect on sleep quality thus far.
- NO Infuse, I am not sure whether to apply 10 sprays in total or 10 to each muscle i.e., if I am working chest and biceps should I apply 10 to both sides (pec, shoulder, bicep and tricep) or apply 5 to each.
- I have not received any pump which felt extreme i.e. hard to bend my arms but during a session I flexed in the mirror and a bicep vein popped up which has only been beaten by taking nitrate products. With nitrate products I also receive no feeling of decreased mobility and vascularity is only seen rather than felt.

Beginning weight should be adjusted to 79kg. This is light for me and I have lost a further kg (2.2lbs for American folk) following illness this week. I have been run down due to the sudden death of a family member at the weekend. I am still training as per usual and this log will be kept on track despite the small delay in starting it so nothing to worry about for LG.

Yesterday's workout was as follows;

'I go you go' system.

A1) Wide Grip Pull Ups - 15 minutes
B1) Kneeling Bilateral D Handle Pulldowns- 15 minutes
C1) Seated Row Machine (Parallel Grip)- 5 minutes
D1) Cable Pushdowns 10 minutes (combined with D2)
D2) Cable Rope Pulldowns (combined with D2)
E1) Lying Rope Cable Extensions 1 x dropset

I was minus a training partner this time which was a shame. This workout is thrown in as something spontaneous as I have had a little wrist tendonitis recently and was limited to what I could do on it. I will be resuming my normal workouts soon.

I am not sure if it is the DAA but something has given me serious GI disturbance over the last few days. Potentially just a stomach bug but it has been hard eating more than 2-3 meals per day which isn't good enough.

Update from the last few days. I have come off the Form-X to see if my stomach issues resolve.

It might be placebo but I am feeling a little fuller. This dissipated at the beginning of the run as I came off AnaBeta to start and I always lose some fullness and vascularity when I stop taking it. I sprayed 10 pumps to my left and right side (shoulder and upper arm) for my training session earlier and had a good pump. It was similar to before in the respect that it didn't hinder my workout but was noticeable when I flexed.

Strength is up. I am still working on the "I go you go" training system so lots of sets and volume. I am doing this until the inflammation in my wrist resolves and I can support some heavy weight on it again.

Depends on the muscle group really. You are good as long as you use enough to fully cover the area with no dry spots.

I am going to stop using it on leg day as I don't notice anything. Speaking of which my quads are still sore after 12 sets of heel elevated back squats with varying stance width.

Day off from training today.

A1) Heel Elevated Back Squats 7 x 8-10 Tempo: 5-0-1-0
B1) Narrow Stance Heel Elevated Back Squats 5 x 8-10 Tempo: 3-0-1-0
C1) Leg Extension Dropset 7 x AMRAP Tempo: 2-0-1-0
D1) Seated Calf Extension Machine 8 x AMRAP Tempo: 1-0-1-0

Quads were sore from my last workout right up until yesterday. I am running a quad specialisation routine as a recent knee injury resulted in a lot of atrophy and left my squat strength horribly weak.

I took a look in the mirror earlier and I definitely look leaner. I had a carb up last night on some gluten free cookies and dark chocolate so perhaps that helped contribute to vascularity. Strength is increasing as well. 12.5lb increase on squats from my last session.

Didn't take NO-Infuse today with my legs session as I don't notice it when training legs. Also still off the Form-X and my GI disturbance is improving. Once it is better I will add it back in to see if that was the culprit.

I haven't tried it. Price wise it is dangerously close to the practitioner prices I can buy Metagenics and Designs for Health probiotics at so I stick with those. I sent a PM to a Genomyx rep for Gut Health logs but didn't get a reply.

Yesterday was Chest and Biceps, I am doing my workouts in the same fashion, straight sets, high volume. My wrist is still a little swollen so I had to vary the exercises and pick a lame alternative to decline bench press.

A1) 45 Degree Incline BB Bench Press 10 x 8-12 Tempo: 3-0-1-0
B1) Pec Fly Machine 8 x 8-12 Tempo 3-0-1-0
C1) Chest Press Machine Dropset 7 x AMRAP Tempo 2-0-1-0
D1) Standing EZ Cable Curls 7 x AMRAP Tempo 2-0-1-0
D2) Standing Cable Rope Curls 7 x AMRAP Tempo 2-0-1-0

Good pump. I am looking quite lean and vascular at the moment. :)

A co worker and Personal Trainer friend of mine said "you are looking particularly vascular today, you have two bicep veins coming out instead of one"
Another co worker and Personal Trainer said while I was training "what NO product are you using?"
A random guy in the gym asked if I have been increasing my cardio as I am "looking a lot more ripped"
My girlfriend said I am leaner especially around my obliques.

All in all I am very happy with how things are going so far. I am surprised at the amount of visible vascularity from NO Infuse. I slightly resent the mist spray because I am sure I am wasting product in the air lol.

sounds great! I have never tried NO Infuse, may have to get this after I get <10% BF so those veins really POP!

The only thing I've noticed is that it will be sticky until fully dried and if you apply too much it will remain sticky.

Ok. My update for the last few days.

I am still doing the same programme so I am going to update with the important bits of information.

My squat movement pattern is weak following an injury so my weights are going up quicker than they would elsewhere. I have been doing ATG Heel Elevated Back Squats (to strengthen from a fully flexed knee position). The weight I was using last week I completed one set of 4 reps and then dropped the weight. My next training session I completed multiple sets of 8- a huge increase for one session.

This has also happened with bilateral single handle pull downs.

My strength is coming along nicely which is why I was so keen to get picked for this stack. The same thing happened last time I ran Natadrol.

Aesthetically I am looking leaner and more vascular.

NO Infuse provides a visible pump to my arms if I use 10 sprays on each, I am surprisingly impressed with this as the first topical NO product I have used.

IGH-1 hasn't provided any noticeable effect on sleep patterns.

So, to summarise just past the half way point I am leaner, more vascular and stronger. I had to ditch Form-X because it was really churning my stomach up and I am not convinced on IGH-1. Substerone/Natadrol/NO-Infuse I am very pleased with though. :)

Squats yesterday. Coming back from my knee injury here are my last two workout comparisons of one exercise.

Heel elevated back squat with a 4-0-1-0 tempo:
Workout 1) - 154lbs for sets of 10. Tested 176lbs and only hit 3. Simply too heavy on my legs.
Workout 2) - Tried 176lbs out of curiosity and hit sets of 8- very happy.
Workout 3) - 198lbs for multiple sets of 5- surprised I could continue to increase the weight.

These are each spread 4 days apart. My weight in total is very weak still but the improvements made are rapid for me on this exercise. Very happy with the strength gains.


Today was supposed to be a day off but I am itching to lift something so am going to train back and biceps later and skip my rest day.

Back and triceps today. My performance on wide grip pull ups and single handle bilateral pulldowns was hugely improved.

I finished 8 sets of weighted pull ups on an "I go you go" system with a friend and on the ninth set dropped to bodyweight and still lifted for a set of 12 reps. Greatly improved on my first workout where I couldn't do that many reps on my ninth set even when the first 8 had only been with bodyweight.

I used a weight for my pulldowns which I couldn't do two weeks ago.

Nothing at all, no. The erections I was experiencing in the beginning seem to have subsided past the first week or so.

I don't get as frequent urination as I did on my first run of Natadrol. No sleeplessness either, so far it is completely side effect free as far as I can tell.

Sounds good, I need to get some more Natadrol. I had solid results as well, great for strength and leaning effect. I have Substerone in the supp drawer, maybe I'll give it a go soon.

I am coming to my last couple of days on Natadrol. I have some more Substerone and I am nowhere near the end of my bottle of NO Infuse.

My new training split is as follows;

Back and triceps, chest and biceps, quads and calves, hams and calves.

Calves get hit twice as they are definitely a weak point for me. I am doing tri sets for all major muscle groups and have been doing four circuits of each. I was going to do quads and hamstrings in the same day until my quad routine raped my soul and left me in a sweaty, breathless mess and there was no way I would have been able to get what I wanted out of my deadlift routine.

A1) Wider Stance Deadlift 4 x 3-5 Tempo: 5-0-1-0 Rest: 10 seconds
A2) Standing Good Mornings 4 x 8-10 Tempo: 3-0-1-0 Rest: 10 seconds
A3) Dumbbell Straight Legged Deadlift 4 x 10-12 Tempo: 3-0-1-0 Rest: 120 seconds
B1) Seated Smith Machine Calf Raises 4 x 20-25 Tempo: 1-0-1-0 Rest: 10 seconds
B2) Standing Dumbbell Single Leg Calf Raise 4 x 8-10 Tempo: 1-0-1-0 Rest: 60 seconds
