a Savage Formula-x, Titanium, Division 1 log
Whats up everybody, Randysavage here, but the names Kirk. About to start my first log. I will be running 2 months of Formula-x, Titanium, Division 1. I have 2 of each.
25 years old
6'2 170lb as of 11/10
3 day split
Bulking, as clean as realistically possible. High carb, high protein. No alcohol, tobacco, candy, drugs or soda.
Overall goal is 200+ lb body weight with my current body fat ~10-12%
For this cycle hopefully 5+lbs and huge strength increases along the way.
As of right now I'm thinking 1 Titanium + 1 Division1 4 x a day spread out with meals, and Formula-x add to my pre-workout and once anytime on off days.

Starting to feel the effects. Appetite is going up. I took a week off to prepare for this 60 day cycle, and I'm able to jump right back in where I left off. Usually I'm really week for the first time coming back after a break. Updated first post

I've been dosing every 4 hours or so, seems to be doing the trick. I'm open to suggestion on anything I listed above.

again im able to jump back to the numbers i'm used to no problem. All the baseline workouts are logged, now we can see how my strength increases. and month 2 of this cycle should be here wednesday.

Did another chest/tri day, and nothing to report other than there is almost no soreness at all. Recovery between workouts is gone, I could workout every day with no days off. And I have a ton of energy while working out. This alone is gonna make this product valuable to some people.

it used to take at the least 5 days to complete my workout cycle. on on off on off startover. Now i have to tell myself to take a day off. I just started doing chest/tris right now and I'm throwing 170 up in the air.

Broke every record I had today, raising the weight on every lift but flyes because anymore weight hurt my elbows. I think my form is good, my arms move together and evenly but something never felt right once I got up there in weight. Any suggestions?

i guess its the strength needed to just hold the fly position out, kinda hurts while im doing it. What do you want to know LiveToLift?

Nothing at the moment, just gonna keep an eye out. I believe the best part of this stack is yet to come in the next few weeks so I will just keep checking in to see progress etc..

appetite is stuck in full throttle, no food in the house for the last 3 days and im up to 174 right now, plus im starving about to eat. I went shopping so hopefully i can get on the good side of 175 in a few days.

just finished killing it, every exercise tonight was a new weight higher than what I did last time i did this workout. By the look of these numbers some of these are going up again.

Incline Bench-----135x9 140x8 145x9 This was easy!

I was starting to fear stagnation on my incline press before starting this. Weird thing I'm starting to notice, chest workout is going up like crazy, legs are going up good, and arms/back is so so.

My right trap has been killing me lately, I get this burning sensational from certain movements. So I'm gonna take an extra day or 2 off. I can't tell if I'm just getting used to the dosing of this or its effect is tapering out, but I'm not feeling it as much as I was. Just when I'm working out legs or chest, then I know its working.
So far I've had very mild sides, slightly more than normal oily skin. And thats it.

back on the beat, just had a really long week and weekend, but have gotten back to full power now. I was talking about changing some stuff around a while back, so heres what I got so far on leg day.
Squat 230 5x5
SLDL 240 3x10-6 reps
Lunges 2x8 suggestions needed on this
ham extension 85 90 95 9 7 5 same as always, how to change?
Barbell calf raises reps and sets help needed.

Maybe for the hammys switch up the reps, try 12-20 reps for awhile, I know for me my legs respond much better to higher reps. I can post up my leg routine before I injuried my knee if you would like, I got enhanced to try my routine and he loved it.
