Just started taking HGH-Pro three days ago... I was ehh.. about the sleep but I can't complain since I'm starting to see results already. I'll go into more depth later. This is just a start for me to keep the log going :)


Stats:
5'6
140 lbs


Goals:
-Put on lean mass

Eating and Lifting routine:
-I follow the Lean Gains method. Currently eating 2000 cal non W/D and 3000 on W/D
-I lift 3-4 days a week 1 major muscle group and 1 minor muscle group but sometimes I change it up
-I normally lift heavy (4-8 reps), but I'm going to increase the rep range to 6-12 and focus on perfect muscle usage for a lot of my workouts and not really worry about the weights


Currently dosing 4 pills before I go to bed on an empty stomach. Well, mostly empty.... just some Amino Acids in there :p

Slow, very controlled leg extensions (one at a time) and leg curls (one at a time) for 12 sets while alternating.

Calf raises (the basics)

That's it for Last Monday.

Tuesday: Low cal, higher fats

Wednesday: Shoulders and Bi's-military press, raises, machine press, etc. + w bar, straight bar, single dumbell curls (perfect form)

Thursday:Back-Wide grip pullups (2 sets of 10), Widest grip pull-downs (6 sets), Rows alternated with straight arm pull downs (6 sets each), seated rows (5 sets), lying dumbell rows (4 sets), traditional rows (8 sets)

Friday: Chest day-Incline bar press 135x12(3), 165x10,185x10(3), Incline dumbell press 55x10,65x8,75x8,85x6,90x4,60x10,55x10,50x11, flat dumbell press 55x10,60x10,65x12,65x10..x8..x6,50x8 Triceps-triceps extension, skull crushers, tricep pushdown

That's it for now folks. I can definitely see a huge difference in growth rate. It's kind of scray..\


Edit: Is there anything else you guys think I should take in sync with this or afterwards? Open to ideas as long as it isn't too expensive (high $XXX)

Ah I ****ed up. Broke my fast today with a grilled chicken ranch BLT sandwhich and a Large Caramel Frappe from McD's. Dammit. Oh well. I guess I'm lifiting today lol

And since I'm passing out with 4 pills, I tried 3 pills last night. Sleep was still awesome! Woke up a few times to take a piss, but I don't think my body or brain really woke up. I barely remember moving. I'm going to stick with 3 for a few days to see how everything goes.


Recovery so far is great. I killed the legs yesterday and I can barely feel the soreness

I did chest and tri's today. Couldn't find motivation and I had to run out too early so I was only in the gym for 30 minutes. Broke my fast big time to get some carbs in for energy and hit the gym again at 6. Still wasn't feeling as motivated as I normally am. I think it's just a mood thing.


I'm going to pick up a pre-workout in the store tomorrow. Any recommendations, let me know. I'm also going to order 1 or 2 online. Decisions decisions....


I'm just going to skip the long detailed chest workout today. You guys will see it another day (later this week or early next week)

Popped 50g of ephedrine, 400 grams of caffeine, and 162 grams of aspirin on an empty stomach.

Trying to burn the extra calories I ate at 2 am which was a bagel with a lot if sausage, eggs and cheese plus shots, more alcohol, and cinnamon toast. Good night, just time to make up for it. Oh and also 15 grams of bcaa's so I don't pass out.

Weighing in at 143 heavily clothed and will work out in sweats and hoody.

So my legs have been sore all week and they were 90% recovered today so instead of lifting on sore legs, I just did shoulders. I think they have the most catching up to do as well as my arms.

I saw where you said you were passing out... Do you take that many stims before everyworkout while fasting? seems like alot to me.

Alright to reply to everyone:

HGHPro is going awesome. My main goals initially were to get better sleep and to put on more muscle mass. I was surprised, but HGHPro does not make me tired at all. I still take it 1-2 hours before bed time on an empty stomach. The main changes in sleep that I see is when I get only 6 hours, I still feel fully rested. If I actually get 8-9 like I'm supposed to, it feels like 11-12 hours.

So A+ on sleep quality.
No grade on making me sleepy. I'm indifferent. Kind of glad it didn't because sometimes I need to study and work after taking it lol.

My main goal however was putting on mass and to be honest, I'm blown away. I've lifted for 3 of the past 4 years at least 4 days a week for 1.5 hours+. I'm definitely a hard gainer. I get consistently stronger, I just don't gain any weight no matter how much I eat. The most I've ever weighed in at was 148 lbs and that was while taking 10g of creatine a day and was my "bulk."

To start, I know I said I weighed 140. I weighed myself my first day of the log on the private electronic one and it read me at 138 at night time (that's immediately after jamming in 2500+ calories in a 4 hour window).

Well, I weighed myself today (literally 15 minutes ago so on a full stomach 2500+ calories just like last time) on the same machine as well as one of the medical ones at school and am sitting at 143.5(medical) 143.6 (original private electronic one at gym). Woah was I surprised. I've been taking pictures along the way which I'll upload in the next 15 minutes.

Oh and A+ on the weight gain which is definitely a huge surprise. My initially gut feeling was exactly right which surprises me. It only surprises me because I thought a booster wouldn't help someone who is 20 and full of hormones + is relatively small at 143.6 and 5'6"

Hahaha don't hate on it. I might be dropping it. I'm still deciding. I like the whole 8 hour window although it's shortened most days to 4-6 hours

Hahha i was just referring to the MCdonalds frape's or w.e and the 2am sandwich on drunken runs. hahah but weve all been there before (not the ghay frape's but everything else :) haha

Just ordered Anabeta, Erase, Slin Sane, and SNS DAA powder. Probably too much to run in conjunction with HGHPro or iForce's Tropinol (which I just won)

hahahaha yea we don't make the best decisions when intoxicated. Frappe's are the ****. Carmal Frappe at McD's is incredible

Taking in 2500-3500 calories a day. It really depends. Sometimes only 2200 calories but it helps a lot to eat the majority PWO as a fast break

Never had sleeping problems but the sleep quality is definitely better. It doesn't help me fall asleep like some users have seen

I have only tried samples.... they make a deeper sleep... I would sleep better too if I didnt sit here and post for hours

Deep sleep sounds great I have melatonin to help me fall asleep but hasn't helped me stay asleep like it used to.

I do still wake up for the bathroom and sometimes drink.... but no restless evenings! the added benifit I have always felt in the morning when I wake up to go to the gym is the added iron I want to lift
