Welcome all to another Fightbackhxc log. This will be my first time using a USP Labs product. I know you heard me right. As of right now Compound-20 is in BETA testing and although there is little known on the effects it may have, the label on the bottle says Revolutionary Leaning and Hardening ****tail. Well we will see about that. Please feel free to follow along and offer comments and stuff.

Supplement taken while on Compound-20.
(Trying to keep it down to just a few)

-Beef Protein Isolate
-Agmatine Sulfate
-Arginine
-Multivitamin.

USPLabs Compound 20 Beta Log Final Review


I spent the last month or so on Compound 20. What this supplement is described as is a " muscle hardening and leaning compound."
During this log I used agmatine for a short while, my supplements were kept pretty much out of this log so I could really gauge its true effects. During this log I took two capsules with breakfast and two capsules again either with my postworkout meal or a high carb meal later in the day.

Label claims were met with this product. I did feel like it helped me stay lean as well as feel a bit harder. I also felt pumped even before workouts and in the morning. My hunger was increased many times when I was on Compound 20. There was no effect on libido. I was under the impression with sourdough that this was some sort of GDA. Throughout my log you will see where I stated many times however that I felt like this product needed to be dosed higher than 4 pills a day. I am thinking 6-8+ a day. Which could possibly make this little item expensive.

So who cares right? The only reason your reading this is to see whether or not its worth the money and what kind of "grade" I give it. On a scale of effectiveness I would say this product earns a 6/10. Granted that could be increased if the doseage was bumped up. I really feel like it could have been something great. As far as what I would pay for this product....I would have to say ~20.00 a bottle.
If you could get this product for cheap enough I think it would be a great addition to any natural stack. But like I said the doseage IMO, needs to be bumped up a bit.
Q&A

Is this product hormonal?
- No, I believe USPLabs already posted ingredient panel. No PCT will be needed and this will no cause any HPTA suppresion.
Is this ok to stack with other products?
-Yes it might have some very synergistic effects with other supplements such as AI's, Natty T boosters, and pump products.
Will I become hypo on this product? Will I noticed any lethary or any ill effects?
- I noticed no ill effects, however, Sourdough noticed that he would feel hypo when taken at certain times.
Can I take this before bed?
-Yes, I believe it can. If problems occurs stop. This should by no means disrupt sleep, it did not disrupt mine.

How should I dose my C-20?
-As the bottle says, with breakfast and with a meal 1-2 hours pre workout. If increasing the doseage I would take 3 @ breakfast, 3 @ preworkout meal and maybe 2 with dinner if you wanted to pop 8 caps.
Will C-20 give me nasty gas?
-It did me.

I took these basic photos since this was a leaning supplement. Figured you would be best able to see it in the abdomen area. I did eat a little dirtier at times on C-20. I think the C-20 helped keep me lean throughout those times and not bloated and such. Here is my final review thanks for everyone that followed along, thanks to USPlabs for letting me try their product. Standup guys over there. Let me know if you have any questions.​

Motivation was a little low today in the gym. I think it was because my deadlift session sucked. Not really sure what happened.
Hopefully this Compound 20 stuff works!

Mid Morning
-30g beef protein isolate and a handful of cashews
Lunch
-Turkey Sandwich on Whole Wheat Bagle with Greek Yogurt and Cashews
Preworkout
-Supreme Protein Bar, Low Carb Monster, Arginine/Agmatine.
Post Workout
-Glass of Apple Cider, 5 grilled chicken strips, 2 pieces high fiber bread 2 compound 20 + LCLT.
Before Bed
-30g beef protein isolate, scoop of coconut oil.

Still nothing to incredible to note. I dont expect to start realizing full benefits till after at least a week of dosing. Was very vascular this workout. I did not get a chance to dose the compound 20 2-3 hours before workout like I would have liked. Shoulder were cashed though and all in all not a bad shoulder session.​

Take care of that back tweak... I pulled my back deadlifting doubles back in July... JUST starting to get my strength back to those levels now... that's like almost 4 months of recovery before progress... it's saddening... Be beast, but don't be a crazy mofo lol.

I am definitely starting to get some overall better shape....but dangit it want more mass! It sucks too because I can't afford the grocery bills to eat like a champ. Crappy situation.

I understand, trying to eat a lot of clean foods is.....EXPENSIVE. I love some grass fed beef!

Feeling pretty tight and good. Vascularity is crazy. I didn't feel like going heavy on my squats today so I just did more so for volume and reps. Still maintaining a degree of leanness. Hitting about a week mark here soon on Compound 20. Ready for this to really take off.

Its pretty typical...as far as im concerned 1 week from a natty product benefits will be little to none.

You like beef isolate? Wondering if I should get that next. Milk kills me.
I like beef isolate,it has a really nice profile and it is easier on the stomach..give it a try. I use trueprotein's.

Taste is decent, texture is grainy. I usually dont cook with protein.

Until you throw your photos up, what are your stats at the moment? I can't tell if your avatar is a lean bicep shot or nothing more than a crude way to cover your abs. ;)

very crude way to cover the abs. I use to weight 240lbs and was very chubby...have some residual skin left over so a whole pack is pretty much non achievable for me. I will post them soon. Been very busy with work and looking at houses. Plus I thought it was a pretty sweet pic ;)

Current Stats are weighing in around 197-200lbs. Not sure on BF%.

Eh winter time is coming. Abs are pretty much my least priority right now :D. Wanting to add some Winter Mass....but that wont start for another month or so. Im not taking in a whole lot of calories right now so hopefully this does lean me up before a big bulk

Its the first one I have tried since I am leary. I always give stuff a chance tho hopefully it doesnt dissapoint.

some of their products seem too "innovative" nevertheless they do produce some quality ones too.

got a friend who got a beta c20 too.....much farther into it than fightback.....he felt pumps, and a thermo effect......btw hes VERY legit, knows his stuff and has tried even more

Thats interesting... I'm hoping for some real effects other then going hypo and having some lethargy that I've felt so far...

I logged Anabeta and have not felt similar to it as of yet. I usually dont like to report on 1 week findings because they are usually placebo especially in the case of natty product. Wanted to keep it high intensity today on the shoulders. Was still very sore from a back workout previously. Sorry I didnt update over the weekend I got really busy. So far still nothing spectacular to note. Muscle bellies feel full from time to time but that could be due to a number of reasons. Hoping this stuff kicks in by at least a 2 week mark.

hahah, that's why they can make those claims! The guys on the USPlabs forums must get something a little extra in their beta kit!! haha. Hmm, odd though that their results are not similar to your results at all. May I ask what they are experiencing?
