It's not too bad now either, but when I was in college I never would have been able to run a good log or a serious cycle because every Friday and Saturday I used to knock back about 20 beers per night. Now I may drink 1 or 2 a few times a week.

    Day 13 Off day.

    Day 14

    Back

    Lat Pulldowns
    4x10
On 4th set when at failure, drop set. I continued to drop 20 lbs each set and do 4 total drop sets

    Bent over row

    50lbsx18 reps by 4 sets.
Only had low weights at the gym I was at today because I was out of town so had to make due with 50 lbs.

Ab wheel 4x10 reps with 2 sec hold at full extension
    6 inches: 4 sets at 45 seconds

    Lat row with straight bar

4x10 with drop sets same as lat pulldowns,

I have always done dropsets but I usually only do my last set as a dropset, but I saw this on AM's articles as a training style and wanted to try it, especially since I had limited equipment. Now that it is the next day I feel somewhat sore too, which is good.

    Day 15

Chest and shoulders (2-3 min rest between sets)

DB Bench Press triset with hanging leg raise and calf raises

    4x12 regular
    4 dropsets starting with 100 LB DB's and drop to 80 for 2nd set, 75 for 3rd and 70 for 4th

Incline DB Press triset with calf raises and reverse crunches
Same method as DB press but highest set with 75's.

standing rows triset with forearm curl and pushups
4x12 with 95 as highest weight

    Pec fly machine
    130lbsx10
    170x10
    190x8 downset with 150 and 100

Did 5 minutes of sprints on the exercise bike, and a 10 minute warmup preWO. I had some shoulder weakness in my capsule from sleeping on it several nights in a row. This could be seen as my right shoulder was much weaker on incline benches. I noticed the same issue from dry joints during an H-drol cycle a year ago, so I will up my fish oils to 5 gms a day from 3. BP issues seem to be getting along better unless I consume any caffeine where I almost get a panic attack. This is odd considering I am a heavy caffeine user usually and have normally low BP (108/72) precycle.

Thanks, I like varying my workouts alot so I don't get bored and so my muscles adapt.

    Day 16
    Arms and traps

Still have a pinched nerve in my glute/hip so can't do legs yet which sucks.

    EZ bar seated curl
4x10 last set at 90 lbs

    Skull crushers
4x10 last set at 80 lbs

    wide grip shrugs
5x10 with downsets after 5th set

    BB wide grip curl
    3x12 with downsets at end

    bar pushdown
    16 reps, 14, 8, 6

    rope extension
    4x10

Im looking for a new arms routine soon as mine is getting bland though. My shrugs were also shortened today because my wrist strap ripped in half, so I just went lighter and did more reps. Either way tomorrow is back day and more cardio so should be a better day

    Day 17

Notcing some mass increase in my pecs and my shoulders. I have also noticed hardening in my abdominal area even though theres slightly more fat/water there.

Back Day coupled with side ab exercise (forget the name) and squat jumps

Pull ups at body weight, which was 190 today

    21, 15, 15, 12, 12

Close grip pull down triset with side planks and jumping side lunges
4xfailure with 2 more sets as downsets after initial 4

Behind head pull down with 1 arm 1 leg planks
160x10 for 4 sets and downset on last set

Cable row couples with Light Deadlifts
4xfailure with downset on last set

Deadlifts were very light due to my back/leg/hip issue, but did em more as a cardio exercise. Things going well for my BP now and an increase in mass can be seen in the mirror. I can say joint pain in the elbows and popping in the shoulders is becoming a hassle now even with increased fish oil consumption.

Looks like you are getting some good physique changes from the Transaderm.

For the joints, get some cissus if you can. Works great! If anything glucosamine or MSM will also help

**** has two joint products that I know of. Forged Joint Repair and Skeletal Balm. I haven't used either. I actually am using Core Flex right now. I'm sure all are viable options.

You might want to give L arginine a try to see if it helps out with your blood pressure.

    Day 18

    Chest

Same overall workouts as before but with my DB bench press I did 7 reps at 110's on the DB's and did downsets from there on. Still noticed a bit of my joints giving out, but im hoping that if I go a little heavier with benches I'll get used to them again..

    Day 19

    Bi's and forearms

Really worked to get a stretch and a pump in my bi's today. On my last heavy set of curls I got 85 up 8 times with no shoulder involvement. Eitherway I am starting to notice more lean gains with limited fat/water retention. I still am having a slight headache with support supps. but not too bad, and am liking the way this cycle is moving along. My current weight was 189, down a lb from before and around 10.5% BF.

    Day 20

    Off day.

Taurine is the answer for BP and any other sides you might feel with this. It lowers BP dramatically. You just have to build up a tolerance for 4-5 grams a day. Initially it will give you the runs at that level. Cheap too!

Vanadium is the answer for cheat days, as long as you don't use it more than a couple days a week as it is somewhat liver toxic, but it will totally stuff those nutrients into muscle cells rather than fat cells.

I have some raiding I'll have to dose higher because I've been running about a gm every other day but I'll dose higher from now on. I also have na-rala for cheat days, I don't really want vanadium if it's toxic.

It can take a few weeks to slowly build up a tolerance, but try about 2.5 grams to start and even that should have a decent effect.

And I'm just saying one can eat a whole large pizza with some beers and take 40 mgs of vanadium and not gain any fat. Na-rala is good, but it won't do that. Airline pilots with type 2 diabetes have to keep there BS low to qualify for flying commercial jets and they aren't legally allowed insulin, so they use vanadium when their BS is getting out of hand.

The NA-R-ALA will do a lot for you man. It is one of the active ingredients in Need2slin which I use regularly. Helps a lot on high Carb meals and cheat days.

Yea I use na-rala 2x daily on workout days. It's great preworkout for me as I cab get more energy from the higher glycogen levels in my cells. I also like it for dinner because I usually have more carbs then too. I've probably used every ingredient out there for nutrient repartitioning and I'd say na-rala is the best for me at least and it's a good antioxidant too

    Day 21
    Back lifts

Pull ups at body weight triset with side crunches and standing russian twists
    23 1/2, 13, 12, 10

DB bent over rows triset with side crunches and wall sits
    75's x12
    85x12
    90x10
    100x10 downset with 80's then 60's.

Cable rows with back extensions and side planks

4 sets till failure with increasing weights, not sure actual weight though. I struggled a little more than usual because I did all of my pull up sets until failure, so I was shot at this point.

1 arm bent over BB Row
    Bar+25 till failure
    Bar+50 till failure
Bar+75 till failure, 2 forced reps then downset with 50 and 25.
The biggest issue with this was my lower back was sore and tired more so than my lats.

    Day 22
    DB Bench Press
    60'sx12
    80'sx12
    100'sx10
    110x8 then downset with 70's and 50's.
110x6 then downset in same way.

    BB Military Press
    warm up of 45x15
    95x12
    105x10
    115x8

My shoulder's were starting to give a little bit and crack with this, partially due to weakness of the synovial capsule. I usually get this during anabolic cycles and sometimes during AI's too where my joints like to pop alot. Either way I continued with partial rep presses to work on my delt involvement where I am weakest.

    Incline Smith machine press
    165x10
    175x10
    185x11
    185x9

Worked partial rep movements after failure on this to get my shoulders more involved.

    Fly Machine
    150x12
    170x12
    190x10
190x8 a couple of forced reps at the end and I was done.

Im glad on my back day I was able to set a PR for pull ups because I usually am stuck at around 21-22, but I did kill myself with that and couldn't do much for the rest of the exercise. Either way tomorrow is arms, and I am looking forward to some tricep work

Overall I am noticing good lean mass gains with a slight increase in weight, 4.5 lbs so far. I have noticed it's very easy to raise my heart rate during cardio which can be advantageous. Headaches are also going down slightly with taurine addition. I will update my actual training when I make it to a computer.

4.5 lbs is nice bro! I'm sure some of that is water, but a very solid gain on Transaderm nonetheless

    Day 23

    Arms

    BB Bicep Curl
4x12 highest set at 95 lbs but only got 8 reps without cheating

    Skull Crushers
    20 reps, 18, 16, 14, 14 reps at 65 lbs

    preacher curls
    4x12 highest at 60 lbs

    Triceps bar pushdown
    16, 14, 10, 8

    EZ Bar Curl
4x12 slow reps, 4 secs up and down

    Day 24

    Back

    Close grip weighted pull ups
    BWx15
    BW+25x12
    BW+40x10
    BW+45x10

    Close grip machine row
    150x12
    170x12
    180x10
    190x9

Neutral grip pull downs super sets with Cable Rows
Each 12 reps per set for 4 sets, my highest pulldown set was 180 lbs.

I did some trisets with these with ab exercises and other muscle groups to keep my heart rate up, but I don't recall what they were now. My diet has been rather similar over the cycle so far, about 250-300 gms protein, 120-140 gms of fat, and about 200-220 gms of carbs, with some variations. I do need to cut my fats a little bit, I have started using lower fat milk and eating more Greek Yogurt while cutting down on the Natty Peanut Butter

    Machine Fly

    150x12
    170x12

    210x9 with forced reps

    Day 26
    Arms

Quadset of Seated Biceps curl, Skullcrushers, seated preachers curl, and close grip bench
Biceps curl and skull curshers at 75 lbs for 9 sets of 10-12 reps
Preachers at 55 lbs and close grip bench at 135 lbs.
This was a 10x10 but I only could finish 9 sets because the gym became packed with old people.

I then did high rep slow curls with 10 lb weights directly after and did 4 sets of tate press with 30's.

I have noticed tightening of skin over the past week and a half and my arms have gained 2.5 inches during the cycle. The only main negative is the spike in BP and some occassional chest pain after cardio.

I will say that 2.5 inches on arm growth is very hard to believe unless you gained about 20-25 lbs. Any growth is good though. If you got a quarter inch that would be very impressive itself
