Day 1: Took 3 grams of DAA with pre-workout.
Incline: 3 sets of 10 @135
Flat DB: 3 sets of 8 @120
Decline: 3 sets of 10 @135
Skullcrushers: 3 sets of 10 @50 w/assist on final 2 each set
Bar behind head thing: sets of 8,8,6 @50
Tri Pulldown (bar): 3 sets of 10 @30
Decline: 1 set of 3 @135 +3assisted reps
Incline: 1 set of 8 @95 +2assisted reps
Everything went as normal, no noted effect.

Day Two: 3 Grams taken with Pre-workout
Deadlift - 3 sets of 3 @285
Low Pull - 3 sets of 10 @140
DB Curl - 3 sets of 5 @35
Lawnmowers - 3 sets of 8 @45
Shrugs - 3 sets of 20 @55
Barbell Curls - 3 sets of 8 @60
Pullups - 3 sets of 3 @bw +3 assisted reps each
Shrugs - 1 set of 18 @55, 1 set of 12 @45 (Grip failing)
Lat Pulldown - 4 sets of 5 @140
Nothing extraordinary or noted effects yet. However, today my shave was unusually smooth - not sure if a side-effect though.

some great workouts to start man. DAA takes anywhere from 12-14 days to kick in for most, so keep that in mind. You may see some small changes like slight increases in libido or some small acne popping up soon also

Squat - 3 sets of 8 @205
Calf Raises - 3 sets of 8 @110
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 6 @150
Calf Raises - 2 sets of 12 @110
Leg Press - 1x8 @360, 1x5 @450, 1x1 @540
Squat 2x10 @135
No noted effect as of yet. Do have 2 unusual acne spots, but may be unrelated.

DB Overhead Press - 10,10,10 @45
Curls - 3x8 @35
Shrugs - 3x20 @60
Arnold Press - 12,10,8 @35
Static Curls - 3x8 @25
Shoulder Flys - 3x12 @15
Cable-cross - 3x12 @20
Abs
Pretty solid day, nothing special. Final day of pre-workout until November. Will continue to take DAA half an hour prior to workout.

Why no preworkouts until Nov? Just taking time off stims for a while so they become more effective? I need to do that soon myself. I'm starting to build quite the tolerance...

Yeah, I don't even feel them anymore. I also won some from that AX giveaway, so I want to be able to take it when it gets here.

Day 5: Took 3 grams pre-workout.
Maxed out on Deadlift - 315
Single leg Press - 2 plates 4 sets
Hyper-extended GoodMornings - 4 sets at BW
Good solid lift; didn't have a whole lot of trouble with the max. Started 1 capsule of Erase.

Nice weight on deads man. I can't do them heavy anymore because of my lower back issues, which sucks

Getting close to when the libido kicks in. Man my balls get bog on DAA lol. Nothing wrong with deads being a favorite. To many people skip them

Here we go, one week in.
Day 8: Took 3 grams 30 minutes prior to workout.
Incline bench - 3x10 @155
Flat Bench - sets of 8,7,6 @155
Incline - 3x5 @135 (with spot on last 2 sets)
Dips - 9,5,5 @BW
Tri Pulldown - 3x10 @40
There are what appears to be acne spots on my arm. My temper really flared up yesterday (some ******* was placing tacks underneath car's tires.) and I almost beat some guy into the pavement. Other than that, no real noticeable effects yet. Started 2 capsules of Erase per day.
