    Kleen, my man!! You're definitely right. And I always appreciate your suggestions.. Ya I'm basically hoarding all these supps, so it was more of just throw em all in and yes it probably would be a waste. I'm gonna use the Forma stanz starting right now tho into about week 3 of PCT. I'm prone to estro sides pretty bad. So what I'm doing while I'm waiting for the test esters to clear is 10 pumps/day, then slowly tapering down to 6 pumps a day on my last week of Forma, probably week 3 of PCT.

    So I'm looking at

    Clomid
    Forma Stanz
    Osta
    Hcgenerate starting week 3 or so

    Also got 2 bottles of HCGen, so i could run that for ~8weeks and throw in the Anabeta as soon as PCT is done Probably throw in bulk DAA as well when PCT is done.

    Day 7: off

    I didn't track calories/macros again, too much variation in stuff I ate, but they weren't that great AGAIN! Ate left over Thai food and cupcakes! For dinner though, grilled up some chicken, corn and a grilled salad. Done just the way it's supposed to be on 4th of July, on the grill with a beer in hand!

    Here's how I dosed today:
    1 cap AM with BCAA
    1 cap AM with BCAA
    2 caps fast breaking meal
    1 cap Dinner
    1 cap pre-bed with BCAA

    Well, I got hungry (real hungry) with the fast break meal! I'd estimate I had an extra 400-500 calories in addition to what I've normally been eating. Yeah, hunger is kicking in at 6 caps (actually, when I reached a dose of 4 caps it kicked in, I'm guessing it reached effective level sooner, and affected my eating more than my previous dosing).

    Dinner was the same, but I controlled it a little better and was ~200-300 calories above a typical dinner. I ate a couple pieces of bread and butter I wasn't planning on plus some additional carbs. AnaBeta does seem to like carbs, more than SD did for me during a cut. I'll withold judgment until I see results, but it seems good for gaining!

    Chest was definitely taking a beating with the volume I put in. Workout lasted a good 75 minutes with supersetting the tricep lifts with chest. At the end I was doing the 21's with less weight than last week just because I was so spent from the other 4 chest exercises! Lifts were up on the first couple of exercises, so strength/endurance is continuing to progress nicely.

    Body composition, I was looking pretty good heading into the shower, though I always get a nice pumped look post workout. I wish I could maintain that look longer, especially for pictures (which I've taken, just need to download, I'm so lazy when it comes to that). Pics aren't looking as good as I'd like, lost all the leanness I had, but strength is recovering nicely as is musculature. I need to keep gaining though, and forget about looking pretty!

    AnaBeta is starting to do its thing with hunger today! 1 cap pre-workout with EAA, and then 1 cap post-workout with BCAA/LBA. I CANNOT WAIT for lunch!!!

    Yeah, for comparison 18mg of albuterol is where I start cutting (I've done that in a single dose once, that gave me serious heart palpitations!). 100mcg Clen = yawn. 6 caps of Spirodex and I take a nap. Tolerance is my middle name!!!

    You guys are too kind, I feel like a bloated hippo dressed in a tu-tu floating in water! I cannot believe it was so easy to add back the 32lbs I dropped from Jan-April. It took only 1 month for me to get back to 200lbs (yeah, 30lbs in 1 month!), and now I've been trying to recover strength and add some more mass. Adding the LBM is a slow road though, replacing glycogen and water is quick and easy...

    Strength, however, is continuing to increase FAST! New PR today, squatted 315 x 10 plus 3 more sets of 315 x 8. WOW, last week I was only able to eke out 315 x 7, and 275 x 10!

    I'd say I like AnaBeta at 6 caps at this point!

    Now, can it add the mass I'm looking for, that's diet dependent...

    AWESOME leg day for me! I haven't done that much volume on squats at high reps before. I typically cap out around 5 reps at 315, but I had the strength and endurance today to bust my PRs in this area. Just last week I had trouble getting 7 reps at 315, now I got 10 reps at 315, plus 3 more sets doing 8 reps!? All I can say is WOW! I think I can go heavier too, I'm just going to take my time increasing though. It felt really good today, lots of mind-muscle connection too, with incredible pumps. It just felt on!

    I'm excited to see what other PRs I will smash this run. Very exciting for me, it typically takes a PH/DS to get me over these hurdles. Soon I'll be lifting more than I have ever lifted on cycle!

    I've always had a difference between left and right leg, so I'll be working on bringing the left side up. I may sleep with the bottle of AnaBeta in my left leg pocket in hopes that I will get site specific growth through osmosis. If that doesn't work, I'll have to do more isolateral work on the left side...

    Not thrilled with the arms either. They get pumped about 1" when I flex, and another inch when I get pumped from working out. Pumped and flexed, I'm about 17", but how often am I walking around like that??? Arms will be another target area for development on this cycle.

    Finally, chest has never been my strong point (as if I had one), so I'm going to try to build it up all around. I just don't feel I have enough mass there.

    I workout at 6AM, 1st meal is at 12PM. I drink RecoverPro BCAA between workout and lunch, 10g every 2 hours.

    Look at my first post, it lays out my workout and meal plan. Today's lunch was 1900 calories, 180g protein from all whole food sources.

    Overall a decent workout, focused on higher reps and mind-muscle connection over weight today. My hamstrings/glutes/lower back were sore from the squats yesterday, so I took it easy on the DLs. Arms felt very pumped with the higher volume.

    I think I need to incorporate higher reps into my typical routine. I generally stick in the 8-10 rep range on most things, and the 5 rep range when going heavier. However, I don't do much high rep work, which I believe is great for hypertrophy. Anyone have good routines to recommend?

    LOL, that's what I was getting at! I don't shave anymore, just trim... though for my contest I got a Norelco Bodygroom 2030, and the thing ROCKS. No nicks or cuts anywhere and a close-enough shave to look good on stage. Good investment IMO if you manscape.

    The creams are so good nowadays it's just no problem to remove hair anymore. I leave it on for 5 minutes and wipe it off and I am a bald as a baby's ass and I only really have to do it once a month. Veet is the one I use. Doesn't burn or smell as bad as they used to but it's fuggin cold goin on...

    I think its just your old skin its not burning cause it hurt like hell when I used it. And i dont have a problem when I get paint thinner, gasoline, etc on my hands. But Veet on my chest I wanted to curl up into a ball. I've just gone with waxing once since then, its time to again for sure.

    I have used Veet before and it didn't burn, I even left it on for a few mins longer than necessary, but it did not remove 100% of the hair, more like 80%, just my take on it!

    it might be which particular one I used then, there were a few different options for Veet. I just randomly picked up one.

    Yah I use the gel it does get 100% but I have to put it on thicker on my chest where hair is coarser.

    These were my last measurements cold (unflexed) last time I was in pre-contest shape, to compare apples to apples!

    Weight - 203 Lbs
    Height - 6'2"
    Body Fat - 5.3%
    Neck - 15.8 in.

    Shoulders - 51.5 in.
    Chest - 44.0 in.
    Abdomen - 35.5 in.
    Waist - 34.5 in.
    Hips - 40.8 in.
    Bicep (R) - 14.5
    Thigh (R) - 23.0
    Calfs (R) - 16.0

    Again, this was last year when I was in shape, not now, I am sure they are all up, but in a FAT kind of way!!!
