Watermelon White Flood Log!
OK, so I'm gonna be logging my experiences with the NEW watermelon White flood ( with nitrates) during my "slow and steady" style cut. I'm aiming for about 1-1.5lbs weight loss per week.I'm also going to be running my staple supps as well as some other CL goodies to throw in the mix.
The plan is to have WF give me the proper energy & pumps to keep my workouts on-point through my weight loss goal. I'm going to comment on initial thoughts on flavor, pump, and energy/focus as well as long-term drinkability and performance enhancement.
