Just cardio and abs...nothing crazy. I couldn't resist so I took 1 scoop pre-cardio
Cardio- 15min on the revolving stair machine at level 9
*ABs- Lower- 25 leg lifts X4 Twisting knee tucks 10 x4
White Flood: 1 scoop in 8oz water 20min before cardio swishing each sip
: 2 scoops in 32oz water sipped on from beginning to end of workout
shot: 1 shot 30 min before last meal of the day
kit: 2 fish oils with lunch and 1 scoop of greens with either preworkout meal or post workout meal.
