First I want to thank the hell out of Redefine Nutrition / FINAFLEX for hooking me up with all this LOOT!!! Look at it, kinda like a lifter’s wet dream isn’t it.
Okay now that you have looked at the lifter’s porn and are a little excited lets talk about what makes this picture so damn sexy. Finaflex 1-Andro is one of the stronger dosed 1-Andro products out right now. On top of having extra milligrams of 1-Andro, it also has DHB, which is an “Anabolic Amplifier”. Basically what that means is that it will increase the effect of the already higher dosed 1-Andro. 1-Andro converts to 1-Testosterone in the body which is known to be more anabolic than testosterone itself. Not saying that this product is stronger than testosterone but that on a mg per mg basis 1-Test is stronger then Test.
FINAFLEX 1-Andro is a highly androgenic so I am expecting lots of ALPHA MALE feel and confidence as well as an increase in libido. Which will be very welcome considering I am bridging from a low androgen progestin run so my libido has dipped a little recently as I began to experience a little shut down. With it being so androgenic I am expecting further shut down however to combat that the nice people over at FINAFLEX hooked me up with multiple bottles of PCT Revolution Black.
FINAFLEX PCT Revolution Black is the newer version of the over the counter PCT from FINAFLEX. It has an interesting line up of ingredients that should both aid in overall health while on but also in recovering post cycle. Rev Black has Arimistane in it, this is the same ingredient also used in Erase however the dose is 50mg instead of 25mg so Estrogen and Cortisol should both be well under control throughout the run as well as afterwards. Keep estro low should help keep the testosterone higher. It also has DAA and Fenugreek 50% (Testofen) so you get a SERM type activity from the DAA and the SHBG affinity from testofen freeing up testosterone. I like that it also has some stuff in there for cholesterol, prostate and liver issues. Making PCT Revolution Black a full service PCT set to get the body back into good working order as quickly as possible.
Dosing Schedule -
Weeks 1-2, 1-Andro 4 caps, PCT Black 1 Cap
Week 3, 1-Andro 5 caps, PCT Black 1 Cap
Week 4, 1-Andro 6 caps, PCT Rev Black 2 Caps
Week 5, 1-Andro 7 caps, PCT Rev Black 2 Caps
Week 6, 1-Andro 8 caps, PCT Rev Black 2 Caps
Week 7, PCT Revolution Black 3 Caps
Week 8, PCT Revolution Black 3 caps
Week 9, PCT Revolution 2 Caps,
Week 10, PCT Revolution 1 Cap (log will probably end here)
Week 11, PCT Revolution 1 cap every other day.
Week 12, PCT Revolution 1 Cap every 3rd day.
Now that is the plan as it is right now however ERASE is already pretty strong and Arimistane is twice as strong as ERASE so I may have to cut back on some of the dosing on the PCT Revolution Black if I start having major joint issues due to drying out or uncontrolled inflammation due to lower cortisol levels.
Training is basic mostly compound movements. This time around I will be using an A&B Upper / Lower Body Routine on a 3 day a week lifting rotation. Cardio days are Monday-Wednesday-Friday, and lifting days are Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday.
So it will look a little like this.
Tuesday - Upper Body A, Thursday Lower Body A, Saturday - Upper Body B,
Tuesday - Lower Body B, Thursday - Upper Body A, Saturday - Lower Body A…
This will allow me to hit my body from all the angles I want too without trying to cram all the exercises into 1 workout. I don’t have it 100% down but these are the exercises I have planned.
Upper Body A - Bench Press 4, Chins / Pull Downs 4, Shoulder Press 3, EZ Bar Curls 1, Dips 1
Lower Body A - Leg Press 4, Trap Bar Dead Lifts 1x20, Calves 2, Roman Chair Hangs 2
Upper Body B - HS Incline Press 4, Seated Cable Rows 4, Arnold Press 3, DB Cross Body Hammer Curl 1, OH Tricps Extension 1
Lower Body B - Leg Press 4, Squats 4, Seated Calve Press 2, DB Side Bends 2x20 per side.
The overall goal here is to see if I can actually recomp my way to around 6% using these products in combination with Intermittent Fasting protocol strategies. I have been using Lean Gains as my template for the most part but definitely added in some of the pieces of the ADF or Alternate Day Fasting Protocol as well. Calorie intake will be estimated via loose tracking of macros. On Burn Days I will take in anywhere from 1000-2000 calories, on Build Days I will take in 2800-3500 depending on how hard I work out and also how the product is working regarding lean mass gains. If I get a lot of nutrient partitioning from it we will see more of the 3500's than the 2800's however getting leaner while keeping the scale relatively constant is my goal at first. Lets see how it all works out.
My current stats as of 6/10/11 - 203 lbs, 8% body fat, LBM =186.7 lbs, Fat =16.3 lbs
End Goal between 200-205 at 6% this does not sound huge but you have to remember my goal is to drop fat, and gain some muscle. I also just gained 6.8 lbs of LBM on the progestin run so not exactly sure how much is left in reserves for LBM gains. If I am able to end the run at the same weight I am now and 6% I will be more than ecstatic with my results. However ScottyDoc has faith in the product being able to produce more than this so we shall see just what we can squeeze out of this.
