Second log in about 3 months! Let’s do this!
Ok, so background first: I just came out of an run, still have some fat to lose and this seemed like a good product to go with so I applied and was lucky enough to get picked!
Right now I’m sitting at 218lbs, gained a couple back since I was done with AH. Am sitting at about 13% body fat. Measurement of my abs were at 88cm where I usually measure. Have abs starting to show but they are still creeping behind a good layer of chubbness that I plan on getting rid of with the help of !
Running a CKD diet. Extremely clean and with Saturday being cheat day where I load up a bit on carbs through some potatoes, wheat bread and whatnot. On a daily basis here is what my diet looks like:
Early Morning: Protein Shake with Almond Milk
+3 hours: Eat about handful of a Walnut / Pecan mix.
+2.5 hours: Lunch. This is usually something like a 93/7 ground beef burguer. 2 patties of those topped with a slice of cheese on each. Load that with some Olive Oil and call it goods!
+3.5 hours: Here I go with either a protein shake or another handful of almonds, depends on what I have eaten earlier in the day.
+1 hour: Here is when the workout comes in. Will talk about workout schedule later on.
After the workout I have dinner. Could be anything from Steaks, Chicken, but I more often than not will do Turkey Burguers (2 patties) with cheese or Shrimp dipped in Mayo. Yum.
And that will be a day’s of food for me.
Training: Doing Doggcrapp training right now. I do Mon / Wed / Fri the DC training, usually I follow some of those up with about 20 mins of cardio, some elliptical is usually the choice.
On my days off from DC training is when I go HARD on cardio. 40 minutes of elliptical, my heart monitor shows usually 900 calories burnt on a typical one of those. I will also do a circuit where I jump rope for 3 minutes, drop down to do abs (do one set for upper, one for lower, one for side, do a stomach vacuum) and then get back up to do another 3 minutes of rope. Repeat this 4 times. Lastly, I will also swim for about 20 minutes and then hit the sauna or the hot tub.
Right now I am taking the following supplements alongside with :
Omega 3-6-9 (7200mg / day)
ALA (900mg / day)
Vitamin C (3gs a day)
I will also drink a fair amount of water (about 1+ gallons a day) and a lot of tea while at work.
Anyways, got my bottle in the mail, starting it up tomorrow! Looking forward! Took a quick peek at the ingredients and hell yeah this is looking damn fine. None of that “proprietary blend” stuff, just straight up components mashed together in a nice green tablet.
