    Sorry for the lack of a post on thursday. I felt horrible in the stomach, like on fire n my gall bladder was flippin too. Kinda had me worried. I remember reading about Andreas Munzer and his problems before death and being the hypo I am, I was ready to quit the cycle n go home n cry....but that has all passed! So I only got through one exercise set, 3 incline hammer presses before I went home. I had to try

    Anyway, after a good restful weekend with my wonderful girlfriend, I had a killer good workout today. I tried to do shoulders first today but found my leg energy lacking so I am going to go back next monday to legs first. Also, its really cool to see numbers that used to be my max now are becoming repping weight, such as 505lbs on shrugs and 80's on d-bell shoulder presses.

    I like seeing me able to do the 110's for reps. I remember not to long ago, that used to be pushing it. I cant wait to get to our sister gym and use their 135's on flat bench. Good day today, felt on the whole time. starting to get striations all over. I love me my furuza-a.

    Ok, I read somewhere that Jay Cutler did something called FST-7. 7 sets with little rest. Well, i forgot that it was only one exercise and thats it. So, without that knowledge, I decided to slaughter my arms today. Above, I have the exercises broken down into tri's n bi's. What my partner and I did was this...he'd start with the tri and i'd start with the bi. We did our set, then stop, immediately write down what we did, wait approx. 15 secs and then did the opposite exercise....so I did cable curls and he did rope tri, and then we'd switch doing the FST-7 principle. Anyway, as I type this, my arms feel like jello, hands are shaking and they are already sore. God help me tomorrow morning.

    Was suckin wind for the last three...i really beat myself up this week and it cost me a bit. Just sucks as one of the few sides i have is poor sleep. Waking up tired for weeks on end blows. I thought I would power through everything going into the gym as I got into an argument with a little beyonce miss thing at a middle school today over her cell phone being out in class....twas a good argument too. So I was all riled up but it didnt equate into a lift like I had the last three days. Oh well, four nights of good rest I hope is forthcoming. Take care homies

    Soooo, yea, from doing leg presses last monday and without wraps, i've apparently bitched up my right knee, ACL or MCL. I can not squat without it feeling like someone is stabbing me. Im shutting down all squats, leg extensions and im not sure about hammies yet for atleast 2 weeks. The leg exercises i did today are all im doing. My **** is slightly swollen and clicks now.

    Im holding steady at 223lbs so if i see no weight increase by friday, i may end the cycle a week early. idk, see how I feel.

    Great, great lift! Glory to God! I hit PR's on all lifts today. I am so happy with this lift, big smile on my face. I owned those 135's and picked them up only once before, months ago for 3 reps. Knee felt better too on the walk.

  9. 1kerry, I havent had any noticeable pain with the prostate. The hair has been thinning for a while but I still have a full head. My first few times with h-drol, I felt my prostate but not anymore!

    Ok, thats all she wrote folks!

    Pros
    - no blood pressure issues
    - Stano did it's job, not one bit lethargic
    - minor back pumps
    - finally found what supports sups work and had mainly side free cycle
    - kept appetite throughout
    - not as much hair loss as I was worried about
    - gains every week
    - moderate weight gain, max 225lbs, average about 221lbs

    Cons
    - ****ty sleep, woke up with a start many nights
    - terrible night sweats, I hate changing my shirt twice in one night
    - heady felt cloudy and was down/moody alot more than I liked
    - muscles killing me on attempted running cardio

    Last workout today was a good way to send this bad boy off. Got 605lbs on barbell shrugs!!! I got greedy on seated d-bell presses, trying for 110's but only got two and with my joints feeling beat, I switched my heavy day to a 12-15 day.....overall, Im happy with this cycle. had great energy throughout and I wanna give a high 5 to stano. First time I used it and it worked very well as I have experience lethargy before. Ok, its on to PCT and Size On again. Ima step away from ph's for a year and then hit them hard, I wanna give my body a break and have blood work done in September to give me an idea on things and hopefully put my gf's mind at ease.
