For the past 6 weeks I've been running:
Dermacrine LV 10ML ED
FormaStanz 10 pumps down to 8 currently
HCGenerate at 5 ED
Brutal Alchemy Ancient Strength
Creatine Mono
During that time I managed to drop 1-2% BF while maintaining body weight.
Looking for more of the same in the next couple of weeks. This is my first time with many of these supps so I'll be looking forward to seeing what they can do. I've never run DAA or Creatine Nitrate. Those are my key interest points. Also, I've run N2BM's Need2slin a couple of times so the slin sane will be interesting for comparison. On first glance....Protocol, is DELICIOUS! Who knew?
Training protocol is 3 days a week of lifting with some add'l cardio on the weekends. I've made good progress this way for the last 2 years. I'd love to do 4 days but I've got a lot going on so you take what you can get. Diet will be clean and maintenance cals.
