I had a good legs workout today. Still sore from my arms workout but only my triceps because I had added the dropdown sets which I will deff. be doing again. Im writing mad late but I had school and feel asleep after but im eating my cotage cheese now with my milk, thats my casein shake if you were curious.

Leg press 205x10 225x8 245x6 265x4 285x2
Prone leg bench 75x10 80x8 85x6 90x4 95x3
calf raise 140x10 160x8 170x6 180x4 190x3
ab workout was the same except i couldnt do two sets of in outs my legs and core were f@#$ed
So far I do feel bigger and harder and want to bump up to four caps tomoro. I think Ill take two caps in the am then two before I workout, I thought It made morse sense to take at least one after workout for recovery anybody know about that?
